      +Vijay Saxena Hi Vijay, to lose overall body weight, any kind of cardio is definitely the best way to go! You can pick anything you prefer from the treadmill to jogging. Basically anything that gets your heart pumping, as that increases your metabolism and burns fat. About your diet you just have to eat as healthy as possible and avoid carbs after 6 o'clock.
