When your in the form field area click on edit and just right click on the line/s you want to format then click on appearance then font. Let me know if this helps.
my form size is 8 by 22 MM which i scanned and created form after scanning but the field are not getting printed on the desired area.. your help will be gratefully
Scanning and saving as PDF is your best option. It can be done in word but it would be trial and error till it's right. You would have to make a template and save it.
@@LonnieJohnson1 They should change it to the more simpler way like shown on this video. In my case I had to go outside the program change the pdf scanned document to an image file, then honestly I'm still working on how I did it, but I think I opened the document image then I hit the make form tab.
You have to go to tools and go into edit, then right click on mouse on field you want to change and click properties, then appearance then you should see font size under text. Let me know if this helps?

They should have left it alone. It worked just fine the way it was.

On a PDF if you have made a form you just choose the option that says print form fields only

Yes, but it's not worth the time. It's a much different process and not as accurate. I have Word 2007 and it's very time consuming.

Open a document and click on print and see if there is a drop down box on the right side. If there is see if it has form fields only in it.
