How to print on pre printed certificate using Microsoft Word - MS Word Tutorials

I guess a lot of you struggle to get things printed exactly on a specified locations on a pre printed certificates and forms. I have created this tutorial video as a solution for you. This was great! After I deleted the background (certificate) and printed it with just the names, date ect.and held it up to the light to make sure it lined up with the actual certificate, then I was ready to print on the original document. Perfect. Thanks!

Thanks so much for the helpful video. I appreciate your saying we could sacrifice one or two certificates in order to adjust the points of the text boxes. I also adjusted the certificate to what the wrong printout looked liked and then moved the text boxes accordingly. Thanks again!

Thanks for this very helpful video! We have some pre-printed certificates we were trying to have printed. A print shop wanted $2 each to print them (and we needed them right away). This worked perfectly; agree that you have to delete the scanned in background image of the Certificate if you just want the words printed. Scan in color if you want to re-use the image and text.
