  • Judge Antoinette Plogstedt discusses how to answer a judge's questions during a hearing. In this video, she explores how you can anticipate the questions the judge may ask and capitalize on the questions posed by the judge. Even if you are not able to answer a question, you can always follow up with a legal memorandum. Judge Plogstedt discusses the best way to approach all of these issues and many more in this Mentoring with the Masters video.

@@dvaunt3516what if a judge commits malfeasance because he’s friends with the child abuser’s family… and the malfeasance was established because a detective and a psychologist (expert witness) both said that his child he was molesting should not be subjected to visits with him -even if supervised… what about that?

@@User0player1correct. Be The King who asks, then you are as-King. Remember, sir's and Mr's are actors. The 🌟 of the game is the defendant. And the defendant ALWAYS answers the questions from god...I meant bael, wait bail, ...or is it judge... perhaps magi.... title is definitely priest anyhow.

It's very hard for me to learn how to answer a 👩🏻‍⚖️'s questions in court when someone calls me up to the witness stand in regards to testifying. Truth is, I'm a very shy person where I suddenly discover that I may need to hide my face as seen in the opening credits of Law & Order SVU. 👍🏻 if you agree with my anxiety.

      Was it civil?
I have to defend myself because unfortunately I cannot afford a lawyer my neighbor is taking me for breaking a no contact order which the no contact order should have never been placed on me I was not allowed to speak in court the last time because I was gullible enough to believe whatthe plaintiff's lawyer said to me she told me plainly to shut my mouth and I wasn't allowed to speak and I believed itnow they claim I broke the no contact order when in fact I didn't do nothing to them I'm so nervous I have court this Thursday and I'm trying to prepare myself

Judges generally put questions for which they require concrete answers supported by evidence..In fact, weak places are pressed too much to make the counsel lose its vigour. This is an art also to neutralise....

Since you was a judge at one time please help me with this question...
Do you think its right that this country continues to push freedom on people when we have more of our youth in jail than in collages?
Do you feel good for sending people to jail for nonviolent crimes after all this country houses more of its people in prison for nonviolent crimes than the rest of the world combined.
Is that what is called freedom?
Im just a little confused about what freedom really means.
If prison wasnt privatised and the politicians didnt own most if not all of them would their be so many people in prison? If the state had to pay and not receive the money it takes to incarcerate its people would as many people be in jail?
I look forward to a response if you dont ignore these questions. It has become clear to me that when these types of questions are asked nobody will respond. Are the people that enforce these rules ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen? Is this why i can never get a response?

Ask the judge & the clerk if they took a oath of office? The courts are a for profit corporation Private Business and not a justice machine as originally thought. Google: performance bonds, bid bond & payment bonds. These courts are making money off your cestui que trust, they are drawing down on your trust that was set up for you to pay your debt with with FDR stole all the gold and gave us funny money after the bankruptcy of 1933. Think about it....how do you pay debt with a debt note? You can’t
One man said to the court, “The Constitution says “No State shall make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts”, but this court constantly Does, so this court must not be “The State”. If you are not “the State”, Who the Hell are you people?” Court said, “Case Dismissed”, “record sealed”. (See Article 1, Section 10)
      Google:
      Cestui que trust
      Accepted for value
      HJR 192
Remember you are not a “person” which is a trust or corporation because you are a living man

First of all the judge should not be asking any questions ! that would be whats called " practicing law from the bench " The prosecutor is the one who is supposed to be asking the questions ! The judge is only supposed to pay close attention to both sides an make a judgment afterwards. Our judicial system is completely corrupt because they are using admiralty jurisdiction in our courts which is unlawful ! but you know that ! the only reason you made this video is to try to keep the public in the dark and blind to the corruption. you are a disgrace and should be jailed for life for all the years on the bench that you took advantage of the public trust ! your a criminal !

no doubt the prosecutor is to assisst the judge from the prosecution side but when we say justice should be done then no matter if the judge ask some questions to clear his mind so it's not a strick rule only prosecutor will come in action..

You don’t have to answer a judge he their to rule on law and you don’t have to call
Him your honor that is a ABA made up word furthermore you do not even have to stand up when he comes into the room it is your right not to rise to a man or a person that gives him a title What you do you write a letter to the court explaining your religious beliefs and your opinion on (no man shall give them self a title) to many time judge are so Bias smells up the court room . I’ve have not seen any judge that is fear when mothers have a lawyer and code and statues are not lawyer to many time they say your violation of a law

    • @Dani-ef3cf
      @Dani-ef3cf 2 ปีที่แล้ว

@GaryW 🤔The judicial system IS messed up.
In my short recent exposure to the legal process I’ve learned, lawyers, judges, are manipulative, controlling, and psychological abusers of the people that go through the process/they serve (edit). The laws need revising and complete addressing.
HOWEVER, with all due respect, you Sr, are out of line here. This person, is TEACHING. This, is NOT the time for you to 1) bring this up; 2)be disrespectful.
Respect, is earned. A Dr., engineer, architect, earned their degree by their sacrifice of going through the education. A judge is a job like any other. I do agree with their bias, and their improper actions hurting people; this is in any field the person doesn’t help.
We must look for ways to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Again, this, right here, is not the time to let out your frustration, nor be disrespectful. This person has taken her time to teach, and guide ATTORNEYS, not even the unprofessional public. We are just benefiting from it. I’m grateful. Best regards
