It’s just a dark green paint slightly brushed on to the original figure with yellow highlights.

As I explained in the video, I used epoxy putty and a neca 1964 godzilla to create jirass. The putty was mixed and used with a metal wire to create the frill. I used references and tried to match the coloring.
