Hello, on the first video you redirected the hose for the waste box, so is the waste box now on the outside and the waste box initial location was in the front, will that one stay there without the hose connected for the purpose of programming? And what does the external waste box look like?
What about the chips on the cartridges, updates for printer. Mine is having issues with the regular ink cartridges. Love your videos on the 15000, and it's easy to follow. Thank you for that.
i followed your steps to convert and install but when I go to print my white ink doesn't appear on the dtf paper. Is there a step a missed? Very helpful videos!
Wow thanks for all The information! What are your settings on the actual printer its self and what are the settings on espon printer/scanner settings on the computer and what software do you have the color / white %? I also have the same ink do you have a icc profile you like for this ink?

Silly question - how will you know if the ink levels are low? Is there a system you have that will alert you? Can you also do a video on your print cleaning routine?
Hello and no I don’t think you asked a silly question, one of the ways to know if the ink is low is when you go to print your image will either not print correctly or fade out. Another way to know is when you do your nozzle check the same thing will happen the print lines will not be there or you’ll have breakage in the lines. Also when you go to open your printer to do your cleanings you will see that your ink is low and lastly if you do a ciss system that one is much more visible to see that you are running low. I hope this helps and I will try to do a cleaning in my next video!

Good afternoon I just brought an epsonx15000 I actually im trying to convert it but i poured out all the sublimation ink which was inside the cartridge now i can’t refill the cartridge, the bag is close Please can someone tell me what to do to fix it !?

No you want to replace those carts with DTF or you can drain those carts and put to DTF ink in them. Once that’s done then you can run the test print. Also you’re going to do the chipless setup after you covert the printer.
I did a few prints with OEM ink before switching over to dtf ink in new carts without cleaning . Then I didn’t recognize that Bosc was clogged and did head cleanings till tank was full I have new waste tank coming but once I clean printhewd really really good I should be ok ?
What do you do after you have installed the waste tank and put the ink into the refillable cartridges? Can you then print. I have installed the chipper’s firmware as well
I believe you have to let you print do like a cleanse with the ink first, I forgot what it’s called. What type of printer do you have and did you remove your rollers yet?
First question, do you have to have Cadlink or a specific software to print DTF, or can Inkscape be used? Second question, how does the printer or software know that white ink has been put into the grey and red cartridges, what if the image needs red or grey will those colors print as white?
Yes you do have to have Cadlink or Acro and the printer is going to print whatever color you have in the cartridge, so even though it’s labeled red and grey and you put white ink in the system is going to use it because that’s what’s in it. It would be just the same if you used any other color in that slot, that’s why you have to triple check where you insert your ink.
I didn’t do a full video on Cadlink because I’m still figuring that one out but I did a brief tutorial in one of my conversion videos! Thanks for watching!
Have you tried a CISS with dampers? I hear those refillable cartridges leak and flood the printer often unless used with a CISS system with the dampers installed.
