If you could add a timer countdown at the end of the exercise that would be helpful, I found myself looking up either too early and slowing down or too late and realizing I need to take a break already. Other than that, great drills and super helpful around this time. Quality stuff, thank you!
These exercises are specialized for break-dancers. If you cannot perform the exercises, no worries, many more workouts to come! THANK YOU!
