She must be already proficient in kitefoiling or wingfoiling. I remember my first sessions on e-foil and boy was that ugly! Balance on a foil is really finicky, you gotta develop a feel for it, and you will wipe out quite a few times before getting it right.
Even standing up on a Board and find your Balance with speed and make turns. She did that already before in other watersports
yeah, He gave her no instructions how to turn, she did evertyhing perfect first try. It's not that easy in the beginning.

How do you turn right without going up more?
I found that a 1.5 hour e foil session improved my wing foiling when I was a beginner. Important to practice on both sides (normal and goofy).

How long does the battery last?
A light battery can be 1to 1.5 hours and a Full is 2-3 hours.
