His stress levels were so low, which enhances a light heart. He was very centered, which leads to a longer lifespan.

I dont know why I was crying? he was talking why he was trying to contact even his enemies and how.. possible cause, I learned it, but really hard to understand. Different from what other say about being nice to whom is not friend!
Alot of us do not understand that no one is really our enemy. Everybody is somebody's father, or mother, or son, or daughter, etc. Even though I would be very dissapointed with my fellow man sometimes, I always loved my enemy, even if they still seen me as one. Forgiveness plays a part in this to. Alot of us cannot simply forgive...SBN

Students or Devotees don't seek a teacher or Guru, the Guru finds them. There is an apt saying, only when the student is ready the master will arrive...that is thru my own experiences mostly students end up with a Guru which becomes their headache...Hahaa...as U only get what U wish for... Hahaa. Which is not necessarily what U need... That teacher or Guru eventually becomes your downfall....Hahaa...
