Can you make a video about history of afghans from ancient times and also video about origin of turks. As I haven't found any clear explanation about these two topic nowhere.
Thanks for that. Im proud of Islam. Hello / Salam from 🇲🇾. Can you do this again? But this time, Hui, Salar & Dongxiang are the next (after Uyghurs, Kazakhs, Tajiks & Kyrgyzs).
it is good to see that the region is de islam and became it once like...you can say because you are a islams so that islamsist is good...we are different .we think something else is better ..do not judge it by you own ideas.....you should realised that you are not everyone.and you idea are most likely no right....the founding of the republic is based on the idea of enlightenment and depriving of any feudal system whether it is land lord .war lord .or religion leader....both are the backwards in our law.
I'm Christian, not Islamic, but I still really enjoy learning about this. And, I think it's important to look at other religions than just your own. Overall, great video.
I'm from the USA, and it is so difficult to get unbiased information, both pro and con, about Islam and its history. This author appears to me to be mostly unbiased, and I appreciate that he has provided this. This video just popped up on my feed and I don't know why, but I'm glad it did. Yes, I subscribed.

@@jalal6529 i see. that was right before ETIM was created and funded by NED in the 90'. but not until 2004-2016 (the climax) when they terrorized Xinjiang and killed almost thousands of innocent Uighurs and others minorities. That's when Chinese PLA steps in to help control the situation. and at that time is also when American funded group ETIM was labeled as terrorist group by the US itself. there's more story to it actually but i wonder why they dont tell about it to the public. Long story short. Xinjiang was autonomous back then, ETIM was then created and funded to liberate Xinjiang to be an independent country but before that happened they allied with others terrorist group (Taliban, ISIS etc.) to take Xinjiang by force which in returns killed a lot of innocent Uighurs and other minorities. A lot of them traumatized by the terrorist attack. When PLA comes to control the situation, that's when they recognize China as their savior or 'Hero' at some point. So from wanted to be an independent state they opted to wanting to be a Chinese and a part of Xinjiang. But still Xinjiang is autonomous and govern by mostly Uighurs. With the help of PLA to control the borders especially between China-Afghanistan where terrorist still roaming around.
I am still confused about the whole situation, because I have no doubt that the truth is lost between Western lies and Chinese propaganda. Anyway, in 1980s, China was doing a good job by trying to develop the Xinjiang people in every aspect. They were even exempted from the one-child policy. The Han people and the Uighurs did not hate each other either. Everybody was just scared of the government, and the government did not discriminate. I wish it continued that way, but I heard a lot of horrible things happened later.
Hui (han chinese but maybe not but maybe are, really de sted topic) would have been a better example for the video seeing as that is even further into China, and the hui Culturally are or are atleast very similar to the han chinese
Thanks for this amazing video!! I’m from Xi’an, one of the places in China with the largest Muslim minorities. My best friend growing up and my next door neighbours are Hui (one of the Muslim racial minorities in China). And when I was a kid I lived downtown next to our little Islamic village which I guess is our version of “Chinatown” where you get all the good food lol. Growing up I remember a lot of racial tensions between Uighur migrant workers and the locals. Han people would always say “they’re all thiefs and criminals.” When I got older I realized - not only was that just a stereotype that was not true - what did we expect when you have a population of marginalized people who have no legal residence status and are paid next to nothing for doing all the menial labour locals don’t want to do? And you blame them for sometimes having to turn to crime to survive? Anyway - I’ll stop before I get too political lol! Keep up the great work!
My ancesters come from Kashgar, I'm a Uyghur Muslim from Saud Arabia. I love historical videos and really liked this video so thank you for it. 01:07 Saya akan mengesyorkan Farah Diba Pahlavi: The Last Empress.
@amannisa oigur I agree with you Sister that Uyghurs are ckmpletley different people (Turko-Iranic with trace Mongol) and turkic speakers. It is truly unfortunate, horrendous and disgusting what is happening to the Uyghur people. The Uyghur were a pillar of trade and Islam in the region. China has destroyed everything.
Xinjiang and central asia is buddhist as you can see in Afghanistan with the largest Buddha in the world in the old days of Silk Road. After mongol collapse, and the weakened Chinese Yuan Dynasty fall, neither Mongol nor Chinese Ming Dynasty is strong enough to unit this vast territory, and this region is slowly invaded by muslim religion during a few hundred years. This period is still considered short and cannot be looked separately with the surrendering environment and the long history. China and Russia, Britain shaped the region and the current borderlines for all these countries. So you cannot look at an isolated period and forget other stories. History is history and the current borderlines between different regions and countries are formed by wars and power balance between China, Russia and Great Britain. Forgetting all these stories, talking is useless; do not overestimate someone's power to change the geopolitical landscape, even United States is not strong enough to do that. Change the borderlines can only achieved by force. Terrorist action will never change anything except death and pain for the local people involved. Spreading false and biased story makes more harm than good.

@Anurag Sharma The Xiongnu tribe ruled modern Mongolia and Xinjiang around 200 BC and they follow Shamanic religion "Tengrism" in which their Supreme God was "Mongke Tengri" the great sky God.
They were prophets send to various areas prior prophet Muhammad. Obviously previous teaching of those prophet exist. Islam is a continuation and reclaimed what is lost. Main teaching that God is one and we all will return to him and face judgement.

Islam The Beautiful Religion ( Be Just ) Quran 5:8.. @Toufik Ibn al Arabi Huns were immigrated from China, they lost dynasty war against Shang people, both are Chinese Dynasties. The first turkic letter were from Chinese records, wake up.
@Toufik Ibn al Arabi Mind your own bloodline, if the version of history you've been told is real, then it is hard to define a 'pure' bloodline of a 'standard' Turk. That's why Hitler confused :D
@Toufik Ibn al Arabi My surname is Shi, do you know its relation to Turk? It's cultural, not blood. None of our blood in the world is 'pure'. Human exists for over hundreds of thousand years.

What is a bit missing is actually that the Turkic population itself appeared in nowadays Xinjiang due to invasions and that before that the region was home to Eastern Iranic Sakas and to Tocharians. Also the Dzungar period was mentioned very shortly, while it was a very important period in the sense of changes that happened in that period.
@@papazataklaattiranimam Sakas were very well Iranic and Saka language is attested in the Tarim basin. Turkic tribes settled to these areas from the north and assimilated in part Sakas, Tocharians and others trough a long period of time

The main reason why people converted to sufi is because they never lied, they never stole from people and preached an ethical way of living, they had a very good moral conduct and thats why people converted.
I love history, it gives me insight of the past and why it is as we see it now, great job, please keep making videos for unbiased history including Islam in Southeast Asia, I subscribed.
the video makes it look as if the Chinese just conquered Xinjing a hundred years ago... Xinjiang had been the center for Buddhism long before Muslims. And it had been part of Chinese dynasties before the Europeans founded the Americas.
It was Turkic before chinese invaded tho. Buddhist or Muslim, but still Turkic. Nice attempt at trying to correlate china with Buddhism, as if the world doesnt know of Tibet also...
@@skullsforerlikkhansthrone9306 The turkish tribes were Mongolians from Siberia and tried invading China multiple times. They are not indigenous to Xinjiang.
Not really related to history, but I find it interesting that the Uyghurs, who are mostly Indo-Persian genetically, are Turkic culturally and linguistically.
Love from Taiwan. This part of the Silk Road never ceases to fascinate me. Mostly desert now, the great Xuanzang, a Buddhist genius of Tang Empire traveled here on his way to study true Buddhism in India. He recorded a good chunk of people's life, what they ate wore so on, in a separate book commissioned by the 2nd emperor of Tang. Highly recommended if you can find a translation or even just an excerpt of his great work.

A lot of people dont talking about the old Muslim people that lived in Hungary, Slovenia und the Serbian steppes. In the 10th and 11th century some Petscheneg and Cuman tribes lived there. Also the province of Prekmurje in Slovenia was from the 16th to the 17th century under muslim control. Please make a video about this. I love your channel!

You are misinformed. Neither the Petchenegs nor the Cumans in Hungary were muslims in the X. and XI. centuries. Look up the story of Tonuzoba. The Petchenegs' islamization happened later and Cumans of Hungary never became muslims. Look up Codex Cumanicus.

Back during the Ming dynasty, it was called the Golden Age of Islam in China. During that time, mosques were erected in Nanjing, Yunnan, Fujian and Guandong while the city of Nanjing itself was also the center of Islamic studies and the Hui people in Beijing can practice their faith freely with no restrictions at all. I've even heard that the Hongwu Emperor, the first Emperor of the Great Ming, has written the Hundred-Word Eulogy to praise Islam and Prophet Muhammad. As for Judaism, Kaifeng became the center of Judaism in China and according to Matteo Ricci, the Italian Jesuit priest who visited China in the late 16th century to the early 17th century, they had such a splendid synagogue and possessed a number of written materials and books. So will you eventually do videos about the relations between Islam under the Ming dynasty? I would love to see such videos appear.

I love how he completely ignored the hindu history of Xinjiang, the Khotan kingdom established 2200 years ago by Mauryan era Indians in the Tarim river basin, spoke the Gandhari language which was descended from Vedic Sanskrit. Khotanese kings were Mahāyāna Buddhist but we know this sect incorporates Vedic systems, with all the devas such as Indra, Śiva, Viṣṇu and Sarasvatī, and just places the Buddha at the head of the system. There was also Krishna worship in Khotan and we find the Rāma story in Khotanese language, of which there is also a Tibetan version. This was all destroyed by the islamic invaders.

You need real history. There were 4,000 Buddhist temples in Xinjiang during the Tang Dynasty, all destroyed by Muslims. Xinjiang Buddhists were forced to convert during the Muslim Jihad massacres. Hotan alone was massacred three times. The same was true in Afghanistan, and the Hindu Kush means that India (Buddhists) was massacred.
Great video man. I actually have some curious information related to the topic: 1. Competing Naqshbandi sects also fought in other parts of China, mostly in Ningxia, Gangsu and Qinqai, home to Hui (ethnically Chinese) Muslims. There were actually several wars between two rival Naqshbandi factions, the Khafiyya (Silent ones because their dhikr was silent) and the Jahriyya (who did dhikr out loud). These wars, known as the Dungan Revolts, actually killed several hundreds of thousands of Muslims. And during one of these wars, the ruler of Xingjiang actually declared a jihad against Hui Muslims and invaded other regions of China. 2. The Qing actually commited genocide against the Dzungar people. Some say the Muslims of Xingjian actually helped the Qing to do it because the Dzungar were Buddhists and oppressed them.
@@mingyangw6265 there was a jihad declared by the leader of Xingjian in the XIX century, a guy named Yakub Beg, against the Hui during the first Dungang Revolt. He was backed bu the Ottomans and Britain. Second, many Hui descend from Han converts to Islam, but yes, they're mixed, but so it's most of China's population, especially in the South. So technically they are ethnically Chinese. Third, most Hui rebellions in China had sectarian undertones, since some sects chose to side with the Qing agains their sectarian enemies. This is not new in the Muslim World by the way.
@ Kuro Azrem Yacub BEG was an Uzbek who wanted to inherit the conquest of Timurkhan, so he invaded The 8 cities of Xinjiang, so basically its a war against the Qing dynasty. it's 2000 km away from the Hui region. Instead of waging jihad against the Hui, he even worked with a Hui leader named Baiyanhu, if you know Russian/French/Chinese, you will find the information. Secondly, the number of Han Chinese converts among the Hui is very small, with the southern Hui population accounting for less than 5% of the total Hui population. The main population who converts to Hui Islam are the Mongolians and the Tanguts people. The third point, partially true, is that there was indeed a struggle between the Hui, but the Tungan war was between the qadim and the Manchus. Of course if you know Chinese and Xiaoerjing, you will understand the truth of the matter.
@@mingyangw6265 you also forgot to mention that the Taghut people were basically exterminated by Gengis Khan, so how would they have converted to Islam? Besides, the Huis are a mixture between Mongol, Han, Tibetan, and Persian. You also forgot to mention that most Hui have a Han maternal ancestry

I have been to Xinjiang in 1985. It was very interesting. A lot must have changed since then.
Hari ini, negara-negara Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan dan Uzbekistan berada
02:02

How was Xinjiang Islamized? Let me tell you: with killing and genocide, cultural genocide, forced conversion of Buddhists to Islam
There's a ton of historical information about this region which is unbias and non politicized, and rehashed in a smooth way. Keep it up.

The archeological sites in Xinjiang showed that Buddhism was the original religion there.

Islam The Beautiful Religion
( Be Just )
Quran 5:8..
'' O you who believe! stand out firmly for God, as witnesses to fair dealing, and let not the > HATRED OF OTHERS TO YOU < make you swerve to wrong and depart from justice. Be just: that is next to piety: and fear God. For God is well-acquainted with all that ye do. ''
Quran 4:58
'' Indeed, God commands you to render trusts to whom they are due and when you judge between people to judge with justice. Excellent is that which God instructs you. Indeed, God is ever Hearing and Seeing.''
( God's The Rules Of War )
Quran 2:190
'' Fight in the way of God > THOSE WHO FIGHT YOU < but do not transgress. Indeed. God does not like transgressors. ''
Quran 2 :193
'' And fight them on until there is no more oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in God; but if they cease, Let there be no hostility except to those who practice oppression. ''
Quran 4:90
''.........So if they withdraw from you and cease their hostility and offer you peace, in that case Allah has not granted you permission to fight against them.''
Quran 8:61
''And if they seek peace, then you also seek it, and put your trust in God. He is the Hearer, the Knowledgeable.''
( Stand Up For Justice )
Quran 4 :135
'' Ye who believe! stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to God, even as against > YOURSELVES, < or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor: for God can best protect both. Follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest ye swerve, and if ye distort (justice) or decline to do justice, verily God is well-acquainted with all that ye do.''
( Who Are The Good Human Beings? )
Quran 2.177
'' Righteousness is "NOT" that you turn your faces ( In Worship ) toward the east or the west but [true] righteousness is [in] one who believes in God, the Last Day, the angels, the Book, and the prophets and gives wealth,> IN SPITE OF LOVE FOR IT,< to relatives, orphans, the needy, the traveler, those who ask [for help], and for > freeing slaves < [and who] establishes prayer and gives charity; [those who] fulfill their promise when they promise; and [those who] are patient in poverty and hardship and during battle. Those are the ones who have been true, and it is those who are the righteous. ''
( Freedom To Believe And To Reject )
Quran 2:256
'' Let there be no compulsion in religion. Truth stands out clear from error ''
Quran 10:99
'' And had your Lord willed, those on earth would have believed > all of them entirely < Then would you compel the people in order that they become believers? ''
( Tolerance For Other Religions )
Quran 109: 1- 6
Say,"O disbelievers,
I do not worship what you worship.

Nor will you be worshipers of what I worship.
For you is your religion, and for me is my religion."

"And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allah. Then deliver him to his place of safety. That is because they are people who do not know. "
Quran16:125
“Call people to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good teaching, and argue with them in the most courteous way”
Quran7:199 “Be tolerant....”
( Friendship With Non Muslims )
Quran 60:8
'' God does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, God loves those who act justly. ''
( Do Christians And Jews and "OTHER" non-Muslims go to Heaven? )
Quran 2:62
'' Those who believe (in the Qur'an), and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians,-> ANY { On Judgement Day }

(Quran 3:113-114)
'' Not all of them are alike: Of the People of the Book ( Christians and Jews ) are a portion that stand (For the right): They rehearse the Signs of God all night long, and they prostrate themselves in adoration. They believe in God and the Last Day; they enjoin what is right, and forbid what is wrong; and they hasten (in emulation) in (all) good works: They are in the ranks of the righteous.''
Note: According to the Quran that Jesus is not God nevertheless Christians still worship one '' TRUE '' God.
( > Allah < Is The Protector Of Monasteries, Churches, Synagogues And The Mosques )
Quran 22:40
[They are] those who have been evicted from their homes without right - only because they say, "Our Lord is God ." And were it not that God checks the people, some by means of others, there would have been demolished monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques in which the name of God is much mentioned. And God will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, God is Powerful and Exalted in Might.
( Why Are There So Many Different Religions In The World ? )

Ultimately you all shall return to God; then He will show you the truth of those matters in which you > DISPUTE submission < to God), never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost (Salvation)''
My explanation of above verse
Islam mean > submission < to God
( The above verse saying is that God will not accept a religion from the > MUSLIM < and the Non-Muslims but total > submission < to God.)
Question: How Can Muslim And the Non-Muslim > submit < to the God?
Answer: Be kind to other human beings and Do not lie, Do not steal, Do not cheat, Do not hurt others, Do not be prideful and Do the charity work.
( God Allow Muslims To Marry And Eat Food From the Christian And Jew And Vice Versa )
Quran 5;5

Quran16:97
“To whoever, male or female, does good deeds and has faith, We shall give a good life and reward them according to the best of their actions.
Quran 30:21
“And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you > affection and mercy { Love }
The Prophet Muhammad said, “Heaven lies under the feet of your mother.”
( Human Are One family )
Quran 49:13
" O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honored of you in the sight of God is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And God has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things)."
( All The Racist People Will Enter Hellfire )
Quran 30:22
"And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the diversity of your languages and your colors. Indeed in that are signs for those of knowledge."
My comment:
The > BASIC < message of God to the human is that '' YOU '' believe in God and be kind to other human beings / > animals < and in the > RETURNED < God will > REWARD < you with a new life in Paradise.
* The Quran ONLY guides you how to become a good human being "Nothing Else".
* You are a good human being or a bad human being that is YOUR choice.
* No one can force you to become a good human being.
* You MUST work HARD to become a good human being.
* Why should ''YOU'' do good deeds and avoid bad deeds?
* Do Good - it's for You. Do Bad - It's against you.
* '' YOUR'' life is a TEST from God that you will choose to do either Good or Bad.
* Find the excuse to help others and forgive others NOT the other way around.
* '' YOUR '' final destination is either Hell or Heaven.
* So work HARD toward choice of YOUR destination.
Quran 17:7
'' If you do good, you will do so for your own good. And if you do evil, it will be to your own loss.''

13:19
sangat aktif dalam urusan sosial dan politik.

@Andrea Crnjanin
No i got nothing wrong and i dont know whats the message is of your comment. I was talking about some Turkic Tribes in the High Medival Age and the occupation or control and rule of the region of Prekmurje. Not the diversity and the reason why there a muslims.
@Andrea Crnjanin As soon as Ottomans left Balkans they started world war yea we did horrible things 😒 like maintaining peace in Region.

@@ernisupriani9270 Good point. I see Muhammad as a historical figure, so your point is similar to my stance. Wasn't the marriage done to create an alliance anyway?

How was Xinjiang Islamized? Let me tell you: with killing and genocide, cultural genocide, forced conversion of Buddhists to Islam
Muslim at that time really had real faith. They used to win almost every fight.
Masha Allah very interesting video
Great video man. I actually have some curious information related to the topic:
@@mingyangw6265 I do.speak chinese and I have read the sources. I stand by what I've said
@@mingyangw6265 you also forgot to mention that the Taghut people were basically exterminated by Gengis Khan, so how would they have converted to Islam? Besides, the Huis are a mixture between Mongol, Han, Tibetan, and Persian. You also forgot to mention that most Hui have a Han maternal ancestry
