    Young Man I've been serching for days on just the video you're doing right now because of a noise I washaving in that area.And this is after spending money at a dealership that changed suspension components that were costly just to have the same noise because rubber on bushings were split. Thank you and keep sharing. God bless you.

    Did you have to do anything to the steering?

    I don't understand why you took the front of the truck apart to change the body bushings. And what was that extra plate you added?

    • @kened6139
      @kened6139 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Those plates lift the bumper up to stay flush with the body. Bumper is attached to the frame not to the body.

      1. You have to, 2. The plates are bumper relocation brackets. When you lift the body off the frame the bumper stays on the frame so there would be a 1.5” gap between bumper and body

    Do they make a body lift for a 22 Ram Rebel? Cant seem to find one anywhere.

      the rebel is just a trim package it should be the same as a similar year model ram

    Hi I can’t see how you determined where to place the bracket before drilling 1/2 inch holes.

    • @dustinwilliams2556
      @dustinwilliams2556 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      1 1/2 inches above the old holes

    Yo , what lights did you use for your front bumper set up? I’d like to install some and have a set up exactly like yours.

      Amazon nilight led pods

      @@wrenchwise1529 thanks amigo! Reason why I ask is because I got myself some blacked out D.O.T approved headlight housing units. Even with led lights my visibility is absolute crud. The set up you have seems to provide adequate lighting. Do you use yours daily at night ? If so , any pictures or experience with the results ?

    Does the body lift level the truck at all? Ive read online that it does? I am trying to get this bl for my truck as wel

    • @wrenchwise1529
      @wrenchwise1529  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, it will raise the front and rear end equally. If it’s not leveled it still won’t be

    Great video man, do you have to put a steering adapter in?

      @@wrenchwise1529 so even for the rear you would have to take off the whole bumper ?

    • @wrenchwise1529
      @wrenchwise1529  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Italianborn Yes and relocate it otherwise there will be a one and a half inch gap

    Almost seems easier to get a full suspension lift lol

    • @biggamehunter9138
      @biggamehunter9138 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This along with bilatein shocks and a spacer lift in the rear is a way cheaper way to get a 4” lift

    • @TeamWinnieRacing
      @TeamWinnieRacing ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I did a 3” level $100, adjustable ball joints $100, 1.5” body lift $150 much much cheaper than the 4” sus lift. Flies down trails just fine.

    Only thing the instructions didn’t tell me is where to drill. Just says place bracket in front of frame horn and mark where to drill but doesn’t say where to mark
