You are so right! I do love my 7 series. Also, there are two TH-camrs I love watching for my Bernina 770 QE. Yours, Robyn, and HeirloomCreations. Thank you both so much!
Clear and concise instructions! Excellent because you are straight and to the point leaving out extraneous information. Secondly you have great lighting and close up views to see everything you’re doing. Thirdly you repeat the instruction for a clear understanding. Thank you!,👏👏👏😃.
Wow! Thanks for your clear I instructions! I look forward to watching all your videos on the 700 series. I just purchased mine and need all the help I can get. Please keep them coming!
Your videos have been a God send to me! The shop where I purchased my Bernina did not offer a class of any value whatsoever. I am learning everything from your videos. Thanks so much!
That's a shame you were not offered classes...Mastery Classes were always offered for anyone purchasing a machine..they are built into the price of the machine..could it be that your dealer does not know how to operate these machine? My dealer offers mastery classes to every new owner.
Thanks for a wonderful tutorial and I will definitely watch the other ones as well. I am waiting to get my Bernina 770 and am now watching videos to see how it works so I can understand it when I get it. I live in a small own and is unable to go for lessons. Thanks for the way you describe everything in detail and just when I think I would love to see something again, you repeat it. Thank you. I can’t wait to get my machine.
Hi there Robyn. Thank you so much for the tutorials on the 7series. It has made my lovely machine so much more accessible . I was terrified of it at first but you have made it so less frightening. Best wishes.
Hi Robyn. Thanks for a great video. I'm looking for something for my mum to watch with her new 740 as I'm a little to far away to just pop in to help. I noticed you had trouble getting the bobbin out of the case. I have a 750 and I was shown to press the silver lever thingee on the bobbin case and the bobbin falls out easily.
Ruth Drews.....Robin, just got a 765 Bernina.....what is the next video after the basics? And can you tell us what are the names of all your videos so that I make sure I haven't missed anything. You are so thorough and would love to make sure I follow all your videos.....
Have just purchased the 770QE and these tutorials are so helpful! I have found however that my slide on table doesn’t seem to slide on and off so easily as in the video and seems a bit awkward. Does anyone else have this problem or am i just doing it wrong?
Hi Robyn I just bought a B720 as soon as I plugged it in the electrical switch it came on ok but there is this humming noise coming out of the machine , so irritating it drive me up the wall . Thanks to yr videos I was able to thread , fill the bobbin and stitch zig zag and straight stitch , APPRECIATE YR VIDEOS VERY MUCH DEAR . Any ideas why it does this noise pls ?
Thank you so much 🙏 You r THE BEST and so professional at what u do 😍 It finally stopped so happy 😋 Hope you have a great day and truly appreciate yr help xxx
The stylis that came with my machine isn’t magnetic . My question it , where can I get one that will stick to my machine ? I have had my machine for about 5 years and I have learned a few things I didn’t know from your videos . Thank you ! I appreciate you making them
debbie pont . The stylus goes on the right hand side of your machine where it holds in place. The magnetic is inside your machine. You will see a couple of marks where to put it.
Robyn Curd thank you. My stylus does not stick to my machine. I see on the machine where the stylus is suppose to go but it doesn’t stay . SO I imagine I will have to contact my Bernina dealer for one that will stick lol :) Loving. Your tutorials. I have learned a lot thank you ! Have a great evening or day !
I just loved this first video! I bought my B750 three years ago when I was working full time. Now that I recently retired I am finally getting to use it. I did get a class from my dealer however there were three of us all with machines from different series. Also the instructor was not very familiar with my machine she did her best but I didn't get a lot out of the class. I subscribed to your videos but I want to be sure not to miss any of them! Is there some way I can be sure to get them all? I am willing to buy them if I have to!
Thank you; with the assistance of your helpful you tube clips, I felt encouraged and by perseverance rectified the issue. Your clips are very supportive!
Hi, any suggestions why a module wont move? I have Bernina B720, my module just stopped during embroidering and it just wont move again. Tried reconnecting several times, looks like the machine recognizes it, it will bring the embroidery arm forward but that's it. Can not calibrate the hoop either
Monika Elend .That is very annoying when you are part way stitching out an embroidery. You can recalibrate your hoop and that ahould work.I think your book has the instructions to that.
Help, please...I have the B750...my thread keeps breaking. I’ve used different thread and bobbin...Alo the design switches won’t work . I’m 3 hours from the nearest dealer..so any suggestions are appreciated
That doesnt sound good. I would try first to check if there is any thread stuck in your tension unit. Re the design stitches not working. I would re put in the latest software download as yours might be out of date. The latest firmware for your machine is V35.13.22. You can down load this from the Bernina website, go to support on the webpage and search 750 firmware downloads. If you haven't done this before there are step by step instructions for you when you do your download. If that doesnt fix the problem then it may need to go to a technician to get checked sorry. Good luck.
Hi Di, Maybe the machine needs recalibrating for the designs to work. Turn your machine off, hold the Needle position buttons and turn your machine back on while holding the buttons. A screen will appear with a dot. Use your stylus to touch the dot only. It will move, touch the dot only again and again until your normal screen comes back. Turn your machine off and then back on and hopefully that has sorted the problem. Have you put in a new needle? Sometimes the needle is the reason why the thread breaks. If that doesn't work try oiling it as that makes a big difference. Good luck.
My bobbin is stuck in the bobbin case. I have tried everything I can think of to get it to release. Any suggestions would be most welcome. I have a new Bernina 765 bought a month ago.
I have had that happen once.I got the mechanic to get it out.Is it just going around in circles inside the bobbin case?If so be very gentle and try and pry it out.
Hi, yes, I had to get a new hook and bobbin case. I took it to a Bernina dealer who also does servicing. He couldn't get it out either so is having the hook and bobbin case replaced with warranty. He said he also had someone else come in with the same problem. I wish Bernina would have just stayed with the old design. I've never had a problem with my Bernina 550QE. Hopefully the new one won't give me any problems...so far, so good! Thanks for your help! Love your videos, they have been very helpful!
Thanks for the excellent tutorials. I have a new 740. The upper thread breaks quit frequently. I'm an advanced garment seamstress. Frustrated! Have oiled, changed needle, use quality thread.....help! Jeanne R/Missoula, Montana, USA

I'd love to see a video on the Bernina Bernette London 7 and its reviews IN ENGLISH. Seems there are none whatsoever .....
I don't have a Bernette London 7 but I could do a video on the Bernette Rome 7 for you.Would that help?
Please could you please help me with the screen freezing issue. I am not able to get out of it, using the right procedure. Thanks
It sounds like it will need to go into your technician unfortunately.
Thank you; with the assistance of your helpful you tube clips, I felt encouraged and by perseverance rectified the issue. Your clips are very supportive!
