I am from Jammu. Kashmiri pandits are our brothers and sisters, after migration when then settled in jammu region, we used to stay together share our cultures, ethnicity, food etc. we have grown up all together.
The beautiful part is kashmiri weddings, where you can enjoy all this cuzine along with spice full of dance (bachna nagma)❤️

I really really wanna thank Akshay for his "hukus bukus" song, I remember I used to hear this beautiful song via a child's voice in ICICI bank advertisement broadcasted on tv. You brought back tons of memories. I then searched it up on TH-cam and got it where two small kashmiri children were going to a candy shop. Akshay you're such a beautiful soul. No dude. Onion and garlic is a must here, except in kashmiri pandit cuisine. In Kashmiri Muslim cuisine, fried onions are a thing.
