Networking is key in small buisness trades. For plumbing sometimes we get swamped or need a second company to assist us getting a complex job complete or bailing us out on an emergency call we cant make. I’ve been soaking up so much info especially SEO knowledge! I’ve seen companies dump soooo much money into SEO agents that don’t know anything! I think it’s important to speak and know SEO to know where your money is going! After watching your videos, I think I’m going to do videos and blogs on my website, and Link them to my social media sites, and hopefully reach more people!!
I have been a self employed plumber since 2001. But only for 3 year's did I have 7 or more employees and that was in the beginning when I ran full page yellow page adds in two cities very close to each other. Other than that it has just been myself and a apprentice. What am I doing wrong? I do make about $185,000 every year MUCH more than if I worked for a plumbing company. Can you help me? My business is in Central New York State.
I feel like i want to start my own company but then i see my boss all depressed he pays all the taxes deal with stress all day. I don't what to be like that. Or just be by your self just do repairs and hock ups that way you don't need license.

I thought the company I work for was making a killing off of its employees...until i became the manger and I got to see the books every month. I was wrong!!!!
