Jamaican hypocrisy! MP lectures about ethics!

The constitution is the supreme law of the land. It would prevent the corrupt from entering politics and the senior levels of the civil service. All those found to have misappropriated the people's money - past and present - would be punished in accordance with the wishes of the people. It would protect all our resources. It would deliver quality education. A real constitution would be the foundation to build a better Jamaica.
In regards to mining, I have started a petition: chng.it/dMHQFY.... It will be ignored, but if it gets a substantial amount of signatories, it should become news. That could lead to the exposure of further corruption and mismanagement of the public purse, which is the ultimate goal. So, even if you do not sign petitions, please make an exception and sign and circulate. Cheers.

Question then is HOW TO BUILD A BETTER COUNTRY? First is that all your children must have the best EDUCATION!
This actually means that they must be taught by the Brightest Teachers in EVERY subjects!
Does that include your school?
Who will guarantee this and when will they start?
