Just bought a new to us 20 yr old home. Some of the cabinets near the kitchen sink were dry and faded. Used Howard feed and wax and viola!!…new wood. Beautiful!

Two shelves on the side of the desk and extra shelf under the original built ins are a must! I think leaving the ceiling white looks good. Someone else commented about making the door disappear into the paneling and I love that idea too! Pocket door would could probably be cool, but a standard door could work.
Darn! I wish I would’ve seen the checkerboard towels before I ordered some new white hand towels for my bathroom. I love checkerboard! I put black-and-white checkerboard flooring in my home over 20 years ago and I still love it as much as the day I got it. Best decision ever! I think it’s a timeless classic that never truly goes out of style. Also, the onyx lamp is everything! I don’t really have a spot for one, but I think I will donate one of my current lamps so I can get one. 😊
We have Italian carved antiques and this is what I have used for years. Its the best. To do all those intricate carved areas I use a new soft shoe brush with this wax on it and it makes it so easy to dust and restore. Then just keep the brush in a baggie and just use exclusively for those pieces. If just dusting you probably wont need to add the wax everytime.
I bought the exact same hand towels a few months back and I LOVE them!! i'm going to get a second set so I have two of each color. They wash up so nice and they are SOFT. Highly recommend!
Love those velvet pillow covers and the feed n wax. We decorate in a cottage style and have some antique wood items- the wax will be so nice to nourish that old wood. Thanks for all the work you put into your videos!
Just a little fyi when putting flowers in water make sure all the leaves are off the stem part that is in the water . Helps with smells as the leaves will smell up the water faster, so that way you should only have to change the water once a week.😊

Water carafes are great for storing mouth wash! Giant mouth wash containers are ugly, but we all should be using it everyday so leaving it on the counter is a must.
We just bought a house that was built in the 70s, super fun and unique house with only one previous owner who had just retired as a doctor (hospital is only minutes away!) and he had no wife no kids so the house was taken care of really well. It’s our first house and so i’m really excited to be making over. Looking for good time and money saving ways to make it into a home so i really look forward to your reno videos a lot ❤️

I just found this exact candle warmer (new in the box) at a thriftstore in Upland, CA for $15! I hvt found a spot for it yet since I'm a slacker and still hv my Xmas decorations up. 😅 I volunteer at an animal rescue, and anytime I hv to drop off a dog in a new city, I always look for a nearby thriftstore 👊🏽

I had black & white checkerboard tiles put in my home over 20 years ago & I still love them as much as I did the day I got them. They are timeless & classic & I don’t see myself ever getting rid of them. I think you should go for it! One of the best decisions I ever made as far as my home decor goes. 😊

First of all, I have a problem..... I love absolutely everything you have on this list. I'm already planning which ones I'm giving away for birthday gifts, and to put on my wish list. I do have one thing to share, the word "carafe" is normally pronounced with a short a, like giraffe. My husband speaks French, and the a is pronounced the same way. MaCenna also mispronounced this word, so it must be that you are both super creative!😉❤❤❤
