Fixing sticky wheels on a Miele Complete C3 canister vacuum

A little how-to on fixing sticky/dirty/stuck wheels on a Miele C3 canister vac. Surprisingly, there are no videos about this simple little trick. This DIY should also work on any other Miele vac with similar wheels. Mine were clogged up with hair that I couldn't remove except by doing this. Enjoy!
BTW, Miele customer service HAD NO CLUE about this. I was simply asking if I could pop off the wheels to clean them, AND THEY DID NOT KNOW THE ANSWER!! I took a chance, and voilà!
