I really like the George III shilling, the George IV penny and the George II there. They are in decent condition. The early 19th century copper coinage are beasts. You would know if you had forgotten your coin purse back then. A great haul, well done. Can't wait to receive my 1913 Third Farthing this week. It has just been posted.
Awesome coins Ethan buddy! I'll be sharing a couple of absolute bargains I've recently grabbed later today. Will you guys be at the Coin Fair this weekend?
Thank you 👍 Sadly not 😢 We really want to go but want to wait to go altogether for our first time and we are not all free this Saturday We definitely go in the future and will say which one Have a great time 😁
For what you paid, you did really well! The 1742 Halfpenny is a stunning coin (good Fine) and 1825 is a fairly scarce date for shilling. Did you also know those pre 1797 coppers were all collarless and thus why they look more ovoid that round? Many people have dug up worn Britannia coppers from 1672 to 1777 thinking they were Roman coins, as worn ones with the laureated king and Britannia look a lot like Septimian Dupondiuses! I only have a 1753 Halfpenny, but its nowhere near as nice as yours!
At a similar note, two days ago I've got a 1926 penny with two strikethrough errors for below a pound :) If anything, I'd want to know what pieces like this usually sell for ;)
Take your collection to a Pawn Broker to raise cash and you'll be offered nothing unless the coins are gold or treasure trove so please treat it as a hobby or invest your money more wisely elsewhere.
It is always great to add a new coin to your date runs. I love the early copper coins from the 1800’s.
I completely agree 💯 👍
Brilliant buys 👌 The size of those old coppers is something else
Definitely, great to handle and imagine using daily

And sounds like a great coin on its way to you, I would like a third farthing
That 4 coin bundle was a fantastic deal for £25.
Definitely, I snapped it up straight away
I believe there is an overdate on the 1820 shillings you can see a 9 under the zero on some of them.
Ah thanks I hadn't heard of this error

Sadly they don't sell online
