hahaha, haven't fully slept 5h straight for half a year, Im sick every 3 Weeks and I am extremly stressed all the time. When I work I usually just want to pull my hair out just because I feel so bad and any slight inconvenience in my life just makes me very aggressive. The only thing that calms me down is training. that is why I need my 9-15h training per week. But because I'm sick all the time I can't really see improvements, which also stresses me out. I think this video made me realize I have a really toxic relationship with my body... But I can't imagine not training for a week. I would feel like I'm a lazy piece of sh*t.
How come nobody responded to this? Well presented, detailed guidance.
Subbed!
Much appreciated!
Such great content, it answered a lot of questions that I had in mind :) ty!
The much needed video for me.. I was feeling tired all the time, no motivation at all to run hard....
Can't keep up with my previous interval speeds.. My Resting heart rate is high too like 56-60...
I don't know it's just a very odd feeling I've had in a year and half of my running experience... I just don't wanna run hard..
What do you so say.. Am I doing too much hard workouts?
1 ez run, 2 interval runs, 1 tempo run and 1 long run.. ( per week)
That’s not a high resting heart rate lol
@@JoshuaKhosa for a trained athlete it is lol. 60-80 is considered normal for people that are not into endurance sports, 40-60 is where endurance athletes are.
Try lowering number of hard days and keep the hours the same, I would for example completely remove tempo training since it does nothing for the top end but only accumulates fatigue faster then z2
Err* on the side of caution
And *gait
Damn, i hope i dont have to rest that long.
