Excellent review! Nice & roomy. The view from the balcony had to be awesome! Nothing better after a hard sea or port day than a waiting cloud to get some great sleep! The bloopers-still grace under pressure! Thank you for sharing!
We really enjoyed the location of the cabin and the views were definitely appreciated! Those beds were amazing and we both slept wonderfully. Those bloopers were just a small glimpse into what makes our videos happen. So many things go unplanned! hahaha. Thank you so much for watching and commenting.

It was JJ Cruise on their post today. They were on Celebrity for sure but I don't remember the ship.
I was also checking to see if guys had a patreon program for extra posts.

Another Vlogger was also on Celebrity and had the same exact comments about the condition of the ship and the food. They suggested that the new celebrity president wasn't keeping the brand up to it's usual level and the costs were still the same. I'm a Carnival girl and unhappy about the $25 platinum casino free play going away.
It's really quick tragic to see the state of the Solstice. Would you happen to know if the other vlogger was also on the same ship? Hopefully they start to realize their downfall and make some changes to the fleet. As for Carnival's change, the casino free play was implemented post-pandemic. We loved it while it lasted, but knew it wouldn't be a forever perk. Sad to see it go, and even more curious about the future changes coming to the VIFP program.

@@thiscruiselife I think they plan on it. They are selling off 2 of their 3 expedition ships, so hopefully they plan on getting these ships through the revolution drydock. Solstice class ships are an amazing concept/layout and size.
@@Jon_T19 We agree - the layout was great! The size of the ships also helped that as it was so easy to get anywhere on the ship. Overall, we enjoyed our sailing experience!
Thanks for the review. I noticed that your rating of the room was different than the cruise rating on your Solstice video. Were you simply just covering the room by itself with this one? I’m debating taking a transpacific in Oct 2025 on the Solstice. Maybe I should fall back on the more expensive Edge for that journey. Thanks!
Correct that the room tour is a different rating. We feel it’s important to show the cabin and rank it on its own. The cabin experience (as you saw) can be very different from the ship overall. In general, the ship was nice, there were just some things that really needed attention to make it better.
