- Guys I really hope you enjoy this one. I had a very busy and stresssful week but I had so much fun working on this video!!!! We go on a in depth future analysis on what would happen if Marco just kept his mouth shut and lived!!!. This is my longest video on the channel so I hope you enjoy it!

WHICH ENDING DO YOU THINK WOULD HAPPEN IN THIS WHAT IF?? 1. The Peaceful One, 2.The Scare but for Peace, 3.Complete Destruction, 4. Peace met with WAR.
Its hard to tell as I think especially with Marley, they would be very bitter at losing all 4 titan shifters they sent to Paradis and would want revenge but would probably face the same issue they had when they lost just the colossal pre Season 4 being war declared on them by the Mid-East alliance so maybe in that time they could try to align with some areas like Hizuru and try delegate with Marley but I feel theres too much bad blood on Marley's side in particular and even if theres peace at first, im guessing someone like Willy Tybur will try to convince people that the "Island Devils stole their rightful titan powers" and declare war to get them back.
So maybe start off with 4 then if/when things break down they would do 2 to scare Marley into peace

@hrgodspeed yeah and dont worry about it, AOT is so diverse with so many characters with differing points of view that its hard to keep track, even after the call for peace maybe the world would see that the people of Paradis are actually trying to sue for peace and Willy is nothing more than a warhawk and turn against him as at this point, they don't know too much about the Paradis people but its fun to speculate 👍
Marco's the most underrated character in this series. It was always supposed to be Jean and Marco, and Connie and Sasha, as duos. But since Marco got betrayed and murdered so early Jean had to join up into a trio.
Man Marco was just so nice and caring everyone in the show. When he never showed up after the mission hinting he died I was so sad. He was one of the best people. Would have been legendary duos .

This a crazy storyline you came up with , I thought it was really interesting that most of the scout regiments strongest warriors were still alive up until this point !

I really like what you came up with and a lot of it makes sense. I personally like the Ymir reveal way better here than what was even displayed in the anime (though it’s good too). It makes sense that Ymir would reveal herself if she knew that annie knew of historia, and if she knew that eren had an important power that could give inside the walls a future. I personally would like ending 1 to be the most likely outcome, but I do see ending 4 being that instead. they would probably declare war on paradis again and try to use the titans they have left along with their army. The war hammer could still prove useful, same with the beast, and the cart. Considering the eldians don’t know of zekes powers, or how the war hammer works I could see them going good against paradis even if they have the female, colossal, armored, jaw, attack/founding.
Yes I actually completely forgot to include Ymir and Historia in the original script so I was like how can I add them🤔? I think I could have added more details throughout the whole video but I didn’t have time sadly . Sadly I do think ending 4 would happen with some sort of war happening. It would definitely be awesome to see the Marley shapeshifters vs the new wall shapeshifters and Eren. Pieck shocked me when she was able to transform so many times in the finale .

What about another factor : Zeke? At first when Reiner and Bertholdt were at the Utgard Castle they didn't know Zeke was there on the island-only to find out later on when Zeke appeared as the Beast Titan. Reiner and Bertholdt hadn't come into contact with Zeke or any other Marleyans for the past 5 years ever since Wall Maria, and they realized Zeke was there to check on their mission, scaring them. Wouldn't they have tried to get Eren to go anyways since they didn't want to meet Zeke empty handed?
I see your point about Zeke but he wasn’t introduced in the story yet at this point. So they wouldn’t have stressed about getting Eren as quickly as possible to deliver him but if Zeke had shown up earlier this what if scenario would be off the board i think 🤔
just curious to know (from anyone), what dyou think would happen to jean in this what if ? cause ik marco's death was a pivotal point in his character arc (and also affected many other comrades) so it seems that without him dying, jean would still be the coward that he was pre-Trost. would he join the mp like he said (w marco ??) or would smth else encourage him to join the scouts like in canon ?
Honestly this is such a good question! I never thought about what would happen to Jean in this what if scenario. I believe he would still be a coward If Marco lived, but maybe something else would inspire him to fight? Like realizing that Reiner and Bert are traitors , that would probably piss him off and make him join.
This was great but Where's zeke because be this point zeke was already on his way
So, in this what if I did not mention him because he doesn't show up on time to save Reiner, Bert, or Annie. If I am not mistaken it is early on in the story for him to be showing up because Eren is barely using his power here. (Thank you for nice words tho put a bit of time in this one!)

I don't think they could Cut Through Reiners Nape Cuz it's pretty thick And Reiner wouldn't just sit there let them cut around it He'd struggle and the Titans traps wouldn't work on him as The armour would protect him.
I agree Reiner wouldn’t make it an easy task but The Levi Squad almost got Annie by themselves… in the fight with Reiner it’s them, Levi , Miche, & Eren . Even for Reiner I think he would get totally overwhelmed.
@@hrgodspeed I don't think Levi would be able to accomplish his normal tactic of Blitzing and Slicing Cuz The Armoured Titans armour is invunrable to Blades same for the Titan Traps as they work by shooting many hooks into the Titans flesh but with an armoured body not many could Hook on plus Reiner is much physically stronger Than Annie and Eren so he could easy Get free. If Reiner realized he was being jumped which He most likely would as Eren states He is the sort of person to catch onto that easily he would most likely retreat And If he ran into an open field there'd be no way to capture him. As powerful as Levi is I don't think He beats the Armoured Titan without thunder spears. And Eren Would probably be punched far enough away by Reiner that Reiner could have a chance to escape.
I can see your points but remember it’s Eren , Levi, and the Levi Squad . When Reiner had revealed that they betrayed them Eren was kicking his ass lol Bert had to save Reiner. Pretty sure Levi and his squad will be able to figure out how to cut it they are very smart.
@@hrgodspeed They'd need him to be still To do that and As I said if Reiner realizes he's being jumped he isn't gonna stay there to fight, He'd probably Smack Eren and leg it, When Eren initially tried to press Reiner, The armoured Titan smacked The Attack Titan flying And left him on the ground for Several seconds. Eren only got The upper hand when using Annie's techniques that He Might not Even use Here since He's less experienced and might not even realize you can apply Those Techniques to Titan fights. I Think They Would Attack Reiner, Reiner would transform and Eren would Follow Suit and Reiner would Punch Eren to The ground and Then Would Run, His armour would protect him from incoming attacks from Levi's squad and he'd Escape and would eventually Join up with Zeke and would try and Rescue Bertholdt.
Also Reiner would have won The Eren fight in S2 if Mikasa didn't slash the back of his legs, He would've stood up and Broken out of Eren's hold. He Breaks out of It in Season 3 And Then The scouts use thunder spears on him.
But in all honesty I don't see Marco living leading in this direction like He was pretty shocked in canon when, Reiner actually ambushed him so He probably assumed That him and Bertholdt were just joking. Plus I don't think the scouts would Believe A Cadet about 2 other cadets being Titans based off of a "Joke"
If Marco lived Him and Jean would join the MP's and might Help take Annie down in S1 but that's about it. Some things would change in S3 But That's taking things in a different conversation entirely.
Also while There's the possibility Levi's squad to target the un armoured spots They are kinds Awkward positions to attack and Reiner would probably take them out in similar fashion to How Annie did . Also s1 Eren was very hot headed and since in this what if He hasn't had the experience of fighting Annie first he'd probably go in Raging and Would be Defeated by Reiner with ease, Berserker S1 Eren isn't beating Reiner. Then Levi's squad Probably wouldn't all die but a few of them would And then Reiner would escape and squad Levi would be forced to Retreat.

Marley, and all the territories it conquered/controlled, would never accept peace with Paradis. They were resource-hungry, and used anti-Eldian rhetoric and prejudice to whip up their population (and from context, they didn't have to work too hard to whip up similar hatred from other client states as well; apparently, the Eldian Empire of old was an equal opportunity offender). But all of that was propaganda and pretext for what they were really after: land and resources. The people living in those lands and on those resources? Not so much.
Germany, 1938, is an apt comparison to Marley. Or perhaps the USA in the early 19th century, with regards to the Natives.
I would like to think there is like a 5% chance in this "What if" scenario because of the amount of power Eldia has in this alternate timeline I created. But you are absolutely right about everything you metnioned. Marley was too plagued and would probably not want to accept peace.
What if Grisha joined the scouts and showed his titan power
That is something I never considered happening. I don’t think he did it because simply explaining the idea of the outside world and history of the titans would have man him seem crazy. Then him shapeshafting would have definitely been even crazier .
@@hrgodspeed not even counting Grisha was manipulated by future eren, and it would need future eren to somehow wants to free from his desires that is caging him to do that
@@sakuchi4914 I mean I did not mention because we all know what happens and saw it in the story so I thought it wouldn’t be worth to put in . And as far as Eren feeling caged to do it …. In this version Eren doesn’t become fully invested in killing everyone because this happens in the very beginning. He hasn’t lost many people yet and the scouts are able to talk to him more . He doesn’t force them to do anything because they have all the resources they need to survive.
I wonder if Levi would get caught off to the hardening ability like you said but it could catch him off guard because he has never encountered it!
