This video is fair regarding the downside to the Treasure Valley. Please note that most of the traffic issues are due to the most incompetent Highway District in the entire nation, Ada County Highway District (ACHD). ACHD is only expert in project management malpractice, as if their goal is to inconvenience the most drivers possible...
