  • Learn how to make the Nigeran fish rolls
    Recipe for the dough:
    👉2 1/2 cups of flour
    👉2 teaspoons sugar
    👉1 whole egg
    👉1 teaspoon baking powder
    👉1 teaspoon nutmeg
    👉4 tablespoons margerine
    👉Water (Fish stock) for mixing
    👉Vegetable oil (for frying)
    Recipe for the filling
    👉Titus fish (washed, seasoned with salt and seasoning cubes, boiled and deboned )
    👉1 bulb of onions (diced)
    👉Green peas (optional)
    👉spring onions ( optional)
    👉Chilli pepper (As desired)
    Tools
    👉Clean work table
    👉Rolling pin
    👉Mixing bowl
    👉Sauce pan.
