Today I'll be talking about how to make sure you are claiming everything you are entitled to. About £10 billion worth of benefits go unclaimed every year, so it's well worth checking if you could be entitled to more.

the management company of the flats where i live just passed on the rise in electricity to us - i do all i can to keep costs down but the management company shows that their bill has gone from 4k to 17k and they are making me pay - how come they don't get a discount and can they just pass this straight on to me??

How much time does take to get of carar’s allowance approval letter

  • @Kiltoonie

Carers allowance is complicated - there are all kind of hacks such as legitimate work expenses that can be deducted from your pay - such as a lease car on PCP you need for your job or a mileage or meals allowance, half your pension contributions, any tax and NI etc - and also, dont forget that the earnings threshold means just that - it only counts earned income - not unearned income from, e.g., a workplace pension or income from premium bonds or investments.

Hi ...Does anyone know what will happen to my carers allowance when i reach pension age in 2 years time , there will be no other person eligible to claim the benefit there after as all work full time .

Thanks for posting this information, it's Great that you are making such an effort as it will undoubtedly help out those who may be struggling financially right now in these difficult and challenging times. Educating people clearly about all the help currently available is commendable and I for one appreciate this. 👊💯

EE has home essentials a low income option for people on UC ect. I think that £15 pcm is ok for a basic broadband service. If there's any better deals please let me know.
