    Funny how things align themselves. It’s October 17,2023, exactly 75 days remaining in the year. I decided last night that I was starting today. I’m so committed to completing it that I did my first 45 minute workout here at work (it’s 7:45 A.M. EST). I opened TH-cam and this is the first short that popped up. It’s time. LFG!!!

    This was me on Jan 7th of 2021. Because of my inability to control my caffeine addiction, I lost precious memories with my family, by not being able to spend time with them that day, due to my caffeine withdrawal headaches, nausea, etc. I had lost control of myself. I knew I had to take control of my life. I started 75 HARD at 6:08am that next morning, while walking for 45min in 6 inch deep snow, in the dark. I was both freezing to death & sweating to death. I didn’t care if World War III started, I died, the earth flooded, my house caught on fire or if a relative died. Come Hell or high water, I was going to finish 75 HARD. I completed 75 HARD on March 24th. It was the best mental journey I ever endured. I learned so much about myself, life and others.

    I live my life this way. Train daily, eat clean, no alcohol, cold exposure & listen to audiobooks everyday. Non negotiable, the only thing I’m missing is the selfies but I’m good without them. This is only a minor part of what it takes to succeed if you think these things are hard you’ve never experienced true hardship.

      Audiobooks don't count in Hard 75. Pick up a book and read it.

    I finished the program last year in February before Valentine’s Day. Emerged with a ripped physique and insane focus and drive. Felt so fucking good I kept up the routine an additional 80 days straight.
    Began 75 hard again because I felt I needed to dial in. 22 days now from completion for the second time. I think there is a law of diminishing returns on this. Especially if you continue to go hard after finishing your first one. The second one is going to just seem like you’re tightening up, but if you never relaxed, which is what happened in my case, you really don’t get anything else beyond perhaps more shredded or swole, depending on your angle of attack.
    I laugh when I tell my dad I’m finishing this for the second time. He asked me first off if I’ve lost weight. Lmfaoooo there wasn’t shit to lose. If anything, I have more muscle and I’m more defined than I was last year at completing this.
    No matter where you are, whether you’re popping your cherry or you have a couple completed under your belt, enjoy the ride 💯🫡

    I started on December 26th of 2022, last day was March 10th of 2023. Best program I could’ve ever done. I choose the carnivore diet and got lean asf

      Carnivore diet is awesome for a lot of things, not just weight loss. I'm already on the diet and starting 75 hard! Good job!

    My friend said she wanted to "try it" with me. I kinda knew from the get go from her language that she wasn't going to see it through. Failed & restarted 3 times before quitting. I'm still going, day 33 today! LFG. I'm not finished 'til it's finished 🔥

    Good point ! When my bf first told me about it yesterday I responded “Let’s do it” and when I told my boss about it I told him “we’re going to do the challenge” and realized my language. We’re going to keep each other accountable, starting it in August (need to plan out meals, workouts and books). I’m also deciding whether I should add on cold showers every day (did it for a few months and stopped).

      Cold showers are actually a part of the program "Live hard" by Andy Frisella. So it definitely can add another challenge to your day!

    I ⭐ Ted 75 days and it became my habit:
    1:diet
    2:water-4 litres
    3:45 min workout two sets
    4: reading a book 10 📄's
    5:listen podcast
    6:take a pic of your transformation
    It's been a week and still going stay fit stay hard⚡💖..

    The only rule (i don’t see it as this) i don’t use is the second work out every day… but I walk 2-3 hours with my dog every day… n at four days in the week I do strength training (2times for bout 1,5hour, 2 times bout an hour)… i always try to learn something by reading sience books for my study… n I read a bit every day before going to sleep… i don’t really count the liters I m drinking every day, but when u move a lot u get thirsty a lot… so i don’t really get the challenge? I think everyone wanted to be healthy n happy should do that for the rest of their lives ❤❤❤

      Technically the rules state that one has to be outside. Although, if you do it with 90min inside it's still a great accomplishment on its own.

      Yeah. But it says to stick to a certain diet plan. Like avoiding fatty foods, especially fast food and fried items. Milk is a very good component of any diet.

    I live in hostel and my mess is 550 meter away from my hostel so it takes like 15 min to go there so its like 60 min of walk or sometimes run everyday (exercise) and mess food is not less than diet food(diet)😂
    And i drink a lot of water really
    Just reading a self development book is not in my routine 😅
    So indirectly i am trying everyday hard 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
