I hate myself for not sticking around after Glee. I always loved her but I didn’t appreciate her enough in recent years. I just thought she’d always be here and that we had all the time in the world to appreciate her. I miss her every day, I just can’t believe it.

He once told Beyonce that she needed to learn how to play an instrument and she did. Same with Jennifer Hudson. He believed that having a good voice alone was not enough to be a musician. The fact that Gabby sang a wonderful version of his song and played not one but two instruments in the process is something that no doubt would have made him happy.

She was not only a great actress, but also an activist for the women's rights in Hollywood back in the Golden Age of Cinema. She died this year, and she was 104 years old.
Since Olivia de Haviland is known mainly for her work in the theatrical film industry as opposed to television film later in her career, she should be recognized at the next Academy Awards.

I think this has been a shit year for everyone, everywhere. In every way possible, including, the entertainment industry. Until January, I thought it was a shit year solely for my husband and myself, as we both lost our moms. In January, lost my dearest aunt....then the virus and all of us, in one way or another, began to fall like dominos and even though in some places, things have become more "manageable" and we've become used to new regulations and ways of living, it will continue to dig its claws into us, emotionally, psychologically and for many, physically. Add to this the social unrest, politics, etc...and for me, I can say with surety that this has been the worst year of my life.....thus far. I wish you peace, tranquility, good health, Michael.
Also, so sorry for your losses. I lost my grandmother two years ago to cancer at 72 and it is an indescribable grief from which I will never recover from...

Really like how the graphics for each person showed them for what they were known for. Many times I watch this segments and apart from the very big names I don't know who people are. I'm 46 and alotbof those actors I watched growing up, but for some reason the one that hit me the most was Chadwick. He passed after an amazing work schedule while batlting cancer without anyone knowing. R.I.P to those lost.
They also left out Irrfan Khan who died from his battle from cancer. He worked in movies like Life of Pi, The Namesake, Jurassic World, Inferno, etc along with 2 legendary Bollywood actors Rishi Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput who passed this year.

Would have liked to see Rigg as Mrs. Emma Peel of _The Avengers_ which put her on the map as one of the first female roles that were equal to their male co-stars and never as a damsel in distress.

Just saw this and I must say this was one of the most well done In Memoriam segments I've seen.
I'm 46 and alotbof those actors I watched growing up, but for some reason the one that hit me the most was Chadwick. He passed after an amazing work schedule while batlting cancer without anyone knowing. R.I.P to those lost.

H.E.R. did an amazing job with this tribute.
They also left out Irrfan Khan who died from his battle from cancer. He worked in movies like Life of Pi, The Namesake, Jurassic World, Inferno, etc along with 2 legendary Bollywood actors Rishi Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput who passed this year.
Irfan passed away in April, Rishi a day later and Sushant Singh in August. They'll probably be included next year.

Seeing Naya go so young is so sad, she was an inspiration to so many people but the way she passed makes me happy because it showed what type of person she was and she’ll be remembered for that
Can’t believe Chadwick Boseman passed man, I never knew he was ill for 4 years!
