ABSOLUTELY BOBBY! I changed my diet about a year ago to produce my own glp1 NO BIG PHARMA I've lost 50 lbs, and lowered my a1c so no longer prediabetic!
@cindyparker8264 I first found out everthing I could about glp1. It's produced in a human gut, and tells your brain you are not hungry; so I lost weight by some exercise and not eating as much, but getting nourishment and not by starving myself. Semiglutides, like Ozempic, are artificial glp1. I work to limit big pharma in my life, I even mute their commercials. There's alot out there about natural glp1, found in certain foods. Every human gut is different. So i researched what foods have glp1 and made meals around them. I use some of Bobby's protein powders and sometimes add to them. This channel does touch on glp1 but there are others also. Getting these into your diet will definitely keep you full, same as Ozempic. Also, I loved my wine and finally was able to limit it alot; empty calories 🙂
I researched natural glp1 in foods, instead of Ozempic. Also I use some of Bobby's protein powders. Both tell your brain your not hungry naturally and good nourishment.
As a low income retired lady, I appreciate budget tips. Keep them coming! And by the way I eat out once a month and prepare all my meals at home from scratch.

To me eating healthy means not buying junk foods like all the unhealthy snacks and premade sweets and sodas. I hear people saying how expensive food is but when I look at what they eat, it’s crazy the stuff that you don’t have to buy because it’s so unhealthy but everyone buys it anyway.

Well the judgemental attitudes of some people here just makes me say wow! And it’s not in a good way. How do you know what lower income people are buying? Are you shopping with them? I think most people on this page love to spout how they are both physically and morally superior to others. What other people eat and do is none of your business! That makes me a hater so be it.
The ones who complain about healthy food being expensive are the ones buying a collection of vape pens, eat fast food 4 times a day, goes out to the bars every weekend, snacks constantly, smokes, buys weed, buys drugs, spends money on prescription drugs (caused by lifestyle choices), dont shop in bulk, and are constantly eating foods that are designed to make you crave more (poison).

Not understanding why you're paying for shipping. I'm homebound most of my days, a neighbor goes for me to local market for frozen and fresh. But Thrieve prices for health items cant be beat Over $49 ships free, under $6 for shipping if not over $49 Even if I wasn't homebound that's cheaper than maintaining and gas for a car. ?!

Safe Catch every tuna is tested for mercury and certified no mercury. Cheaper tuna does not give that certification yes, but as long as you dont eat it 3 times a day, or every day, you cannot beat it for protein and omega 3 fatty acids. And basically all food in America, even organic, is contaminated with listeria or ecoli; with more and more recalls and wasted in the garbage. Being an American, I know I have to do my own research, be awake on recalls and be a responsible adult shopper; American food industry isn't going to take care of me when I shop, they only care about their profits.
Junk food is expensive. Anything pre-prepped or processed is. You can spend a lot of money being super healthy, too, but basic food, meat and fresh vegetables and decent starch might be half of what your food budget is. It's those little extras that kick things up a notch, and "health-food-junk-food" or all out junk food that cost money. Tasty extras are worth it to me, like toasted sesame oil, quality naturally fermented soy sauce, dried shitakes (which save money sometimes because they are always shelf stable on hand, while fresh mushrooms might rot if you don't schedule your cooking right, or you might have to drive$$ to the store), Better Than Boullion from Costco, Nori sheets and bulk wasabi powder from Amazon, nuts. Even those things are reasonable if you shop right. But you could have healthy basic semi-bland food pretty inexpensively. Whole celery seed in bulk is pretty inexpensive and goes a long way and you only need 1/8 tsp crushed for a good sized pot of broth. Better than any commercial vegetable broth.
That’s why I do my healthy shopping at Aldi‘s. It’s so much cheaper there and it’s still high quality.

ABSOLUTELY BOBBY!
I changed my diet about a year ago to produce my own glp1 NO BIG PHARMA
I've lost 50 lbs, and lowered my a1c so no longer prediabetic!
Get a life razorrich
What is this? Tell me more. Need to lose weight as well.
So i researched
what foods have glp1 and
made meals around them.
I'd rather spend my money on quality healthy foods than junk. It will, in the long run , save on drugs and dr bills.
Not true. You can hope, that's about it.
Where are you Bobby? What store ?
He is in Walmart 😊
Bobby makes some questionable videos, but this is a good one.
ha, I will take that :)

Walmart, frozen fish sucks because they add those harsh preservatives to it
Gv products are always getting recalls. I never buy Walmart food brands anymore.
Let me know what state you're in
My favorite personal care is to mix baking soda & organic tumeric powder to brush my teeth. I drink 1-2 cups of coffee per day so this helps keep the stains at bay. After spitting it out and rinsing, I keep some in my mouth for a while to bleach my teeth then swallow it. It's a superfood too w/antioxidants. An easy way to incorporate Tumeric into my diet. I use conditioner each time. I wash my hair 1x a week with Costco brand shampoo but all shampoos wear my hair down where as I get comments now, you have SO MUCH hair!
Your videos are getting stupider by the minute!!

Have you seen how expensive chips have got? plus there is more air in them snd there size is smaller.. that’s not cheaper in my opinion🤣
Great information as always!
Thanks Bobby.
On his advice we bought a package of the Great Value brand frozen salmon at Walmart, which was about $5/lb. One word: DISGUSTING! Product from China....neverr again, so we stick to the $10/lb atlantic stuff from Safeway/Sam's Club.
It was frozen twice by the time you prepared it…..no way could it have been good. Trump needs to tariff this activity and protect or fishery and processors!!!!
If you guys don't want to buy Bobby's supplements you don't have to LMAO. Some of these comments have to be bot accounts he didnt even link them in the video
Exactly! They can shop elsewhere.
I bought London broil a long time ago, and I didn't like it ,it was really rough maybe because I cooked it like a regular steak low and slow you're talking like 3 hours or an hour. I mostly eat meat ,eggs and veggies, one smoothie a day.
It’s not that expensive if you buy the Bobby recommended GMO potatoes at Costco. 🤣🤣🤣

I watched a documentary on canned tuna, if I remember correctly most of it gets cooked twice, and goes through an X-ray machine to make sure it doesn't contain bones. Any knowledge on this? And does the X-ray have a negative impact like radiation or anything?
I can’t stand the prick

To me eating healthy means not buying junk foods like all the unhealthy snacks and premade sweets and sodas. I hear people saying how expensive food is but when I look at what they eat, it’s crazy the stuff that you don’t have to buy because it’s so unhealthy but everyone buys it anyway.
Also, spending more on healthy foods instead of buying cheap junk food saves you a lot of money in the doctor’s office and you won’t miss work as much because you catch everything going around.
Yes, like all the unhealthy highly processed meats, chips, chocolate, cookies, that Bobby brands as "healthy" so people will buy the products 😂
@@peri3818Not true. You can eat as healthy as can be and still develop diabetes.
@@Garlanderr If you have a history of diabetes, you will be more predisposed to it. This is more reason for people to monitor their sugar intake. @@Ckawauchi35 Anyone can develop insulin resistance from factors that have nothing to do with food or history.
It’s easy enough if you’re single but if you have a family, the costs will sky rocket. I just bought a regular size jar of avocado oil mayo from Chosen Foods and it was $9.99. That’s pricy but I can afford it. If you’re a struggling family, $10 for mayo is out of the question.
It's really crazy to send the salmon to be processed in China.😢
I just wanted to say I like these videos on food. I don't know much about him. I am a single man you?

Man, some of the comments here are like..... 😮
People buy so much junk food, processed food, packaged ‘meals’, and honestly don’t cook or don’t carve the time to cook or don’t know how to cook any more. Add in way more fresh vegetables and fruits (don’t have to be high end) or even frozen, beans, brown rice, quinoa, oats, and eggs! Eat proper portions and drink water!!
Bobby is part of that problem with all the highly processed meats, chips, chocolate, cookies he recommends and brands as "healthy."
People that complain that eating healthy is expensive, don't mind eating fast food everyday.
It’s just an excuse because they love unhealthy food.
😂😂ahh yes, I know such people, when I show my healthy lunch plate with meat and vegetables I cooked , that chat 5$, and after they show thier lunch that cost 20 -30$, because they order delivery😂😂😂😂
@@mach179 I guess that would be correct if I was but I’m not.
That's a logical fallacy. You don't know exactly what people buy and eat.
Thrive Market don’t deliver to my address in San Antonio I don’t think they deliver in San Antonio Texas
Thank you for the tips. I’ve been looking for ways to lower my grocery bill and this video is just what I was looking for.
Glad to hear that!
@@Alex.McManus False. Logical fallacy. You are not informed about what people buy. Stop focusing on others and focus on your own life. You are clearly incredibly insecure and not comfortable enough in your own skin to simply mind your own business and take care of yourself. Sad, sad life. Get a grip, get a job, and stop complaining about others.
Junk food is so expensive that it costs about the same as healthy foods nowadays 😂
Exactly, I have noticed that in this economy so all those people complaining about healthy food is expensive, you might as well eat healthy now. The price of Frosted Flakes and steel rolled oats is probably the same so eat the healthier option.
Come to Canada and you'll see how expensive it really is
Check out prices at grocery stores in Alaska....then you'll see that Canada has really, really, cheap food.

It’s not expensive to eat healthy. Junk food is so much more expensive. Eating animal based is way cheaper and healthy. Even all grass fed, pasture raised, organic.
That’s a stupid question! But you are going to tell me different eh?
Most of Costco items are disgusting especially fruit and veggies.
The food in the US is affordable and healthy if you make your meals at home.
You clearly havnt traveled abroad. The price I pay in an Asian or African country for $20 buys me so much fresh healthy food versus American $20 is nothing.
@@Gkrissy Actually I travel every year to Europe and Middle east, and I know what I'm talking about the meats almost the same price everywhere around the world.

Buy what you can afford!!! I drive an economy car because that is what I can afford. Am I going to get mad at the person who owns a car dealership drives a Mercedes-Benz who is selling me an economy car? Should I call him a hypocrite for driving such an expensive car while I can only afford an economy car? The fact of the matter is whether I’m in an expensive car or an economy car. I’m still getting from point A to point B. What is the moral of the story? There are lots of affordable options out there when it comes to eating healthy. Stop being a troll!!
And never farmed. Should be wild caught

Nothing wrong with plastic. Your priorities are all wrong!
Thrive has good stuff, but the savings on food turned out to be offset by the shipping cost. But if you can afford it ... they're a good company with good customer service. Careful KETO folks ... oatmeal is very high in carbs.
Not understanding why you're paying for shipping. I'm homebound most of my days, a neighbor goes for me to local market for frozen and fresh. But Thrieve prices for health items cant be beat
Over $49 ships free, under $6 for shipping if not over $49
Even if I wasn't homebound that's cheaper than maintaining and gas for a car.
?!
@@IMTukki Maybe their terms have changed. I tried them several years ago and the shipping offset the savings on food. I can't remember how much I bought but I ended up thinking that it wasn't worth it in my case.
You don’t talk about the mercury in tuna smh
Your not as accurate as you used to be years ago
Letting that sponsor money get to you.
