The Bee Gees are one of a kind. They'll never be another.
I agree three brothers vocal cords are kind of strong alike. They breathe at the same time. And then the amount of work that it took. You are right it would be a very hard career to duplicate.
@@markboyce2586Dont forget about the 4th brother.
I’m a 37 year old combat veteran that’s also a metal head but when I hear The Bee Gees I tear up a little bit because I can remember my mom listening to them so I cherish this band. Many good memories of my mom listening to them and dancing while doing things she enjoyed. I hope you can hear them in heaven mom. ❤️🩹❤️🩹
Awww im sorry for the loss of your Mom💜 Oh my goodness those of us who grew up during that time will forever hold BeeGees on a pedestal.
She might be listening to the brothers in heaven now.
Makes me think of the song Rock And Roll Heaven by Righteous Brothers.
God bless you. I'm sorry for your loss. Thank you for your service.
I'm sorry for your loss with your Mum. I lost my Mum 12 months ago on the 6th Oct. Your Mum will be singing with the brothers in Heaven❣️
Thank you for your service.
One of the many reasons we were so much happier back then.
Yep, some fine music; Tower of Power, Earth, Wind, and Fire, etc.
I kisses a girl for the first time to this song lol on a school party 😊😊
That is very true…good times!
Pure talent! No auto tune ! Great reaction
They also wrote all of their own songs for themselves and hits for others too. Greatest group ever ❤️
They donated all the proceeds from this song to UNICEF. To help the children of the world. So far the song has produced over 10 Million Dollars for this charity.
I was a teenager in the 70’s. I am so so so grateful I didn’t miss this era. Oh how grateful.
Me too.
"How Do You Mend a Broken Heart"!!!!!!!!!!
My favorite song.
Barry has been married to the same women for over 50 years❤.
👍 😊
The perfection of 3 brothers.
They're pretty good huh
You just witnessed perfection. Your welcome from down under.
Brothers Gibb. Singing together since they were small children. 5 decades of hits!
They are all BROTHERS. Sing together since 1960
The Bee Gees are the Falsetto Kings with the perfect pitch and harmony. 🎉❤
The absolute best music ever
Written for charity, performed in one take, no autotune.
Thanks for the video.
Being brothers… it’s a special kind of harmony.
and twins
Another on the same level is "How Deep Is Your Love"
No auto-tune no digital effects just pure talent!
This song is the fourth straight # 1 hit in a six song run of #1 hits. “How Deep is Your Love”, “ Stayin Alive”, “Night Fever”, “Too Much Heaven”, Tragedy” and “Love You Inside Out”. My suggestion would be “Stayin Alive”.
They need to do some 60's songs and post disco songs. Too much 70's. I remember them before "disco".
@@susieq9801 The group’s biggest hits were in the disco era.
@@stephentaylor6617 - Personally, I disliked much of the "disco" (falsetto) era and ignoring so many of their wonderful songs before and after that era is just depriving people of terrific music. I started listening to them in the 60's, dropped them in the mid 70's and renewed listening to them in the 80's. The "disco" songs were overexposed and pretty much ruined their subsequent career because they were blacklisted and nobody would play their music after that. That was wrong and never done to another band but it is a fact.
Consider "Love You Inside Out"...a bit of funk there.
@@sledgehammer6698 “Stayin Alive” IMO is the groups signature song.
pure God given talent
NO COMPUTERS... NO SYNTHESIZERS...NO LIP-SYNCING... PURE TALENT AND PURE LIVE VOICE!!!!
AS YOU CAN SEE THE ENTIRE ORCHESTRA IS THERE...AND THEY DID IT IN ONE TAKE!!!
Sorry done in studio, multiple recordings making 27 voices .
Perfect!!!❤❤❤❤❤
This is talent NO AUTOTUNE those days
"How are they doing that?," it is called magical talent that was owned by the Bee Gees.
Pure music ❤
Harmonies so perfect they sound like a single voice.
These 3 brothers r so talented. Each one is a phenomenal singer but together this harmonies r unmatched.
I was in middle school whenBee Gees where hot. Mid to late 1970s.. unique sound they had heavenly..
Same here, I was in middle school from Jan 1976 to June 1978. During that time they were at the height of their careers and I remember all the songs they made during 76, 77 and 1978 all classics!! I'm so glad I had the Privilege of experiencing this music in real time. I treasure those memories!!😊
Great reaction, Your a beautiful family, really enjoyed your reaction
"Love You Inside Out" is a must.
How deepis your love, one of best lovesongs ever
The Bee Gees are from a different planet.
No autotune… Pure talent… Harmonies no one but brothers can have… Gifted songwriters
I absolutely love hearing siblings that sing together. The harmonies are so tight and just sound great.
Remember: These are 3 brothers: The Brothers Gibb, hence the Bee Gees. Started singing at a very early age in the 60's when the twins Robin and Maurice were kids. Barry, the lead singer is the older brother, the only one still alive today. They had a 4th brother younger than the twins who had a short solo career before he passed away at 30. Surely you know the BeeGees if you've heard their hit "Staying Alive". Robin used to be the lead singer in the 60's but with the rise of Disco music, Barry took over with his incredible falsetto sound.
They actually started singing in the late ‘50’s.
And, don't forget Andy, who was made an official forth Bee Gee right before he died. He was already an unofficial member as he did concerts and records with the other three. And, as it's a family affair, the group's brothers and sisters were in on the organization.
I totally agree with you. 3 brothers who is just awesome. Robin, Barry, Maurice, and Andy Gibbs. Andy has a solo song you folks need to hear called “ Shadow Dancing” it’s pretty awesome.🤙
It was the best song of the year for that.
Talent. Talent. Talent....
Keep in mind this is live ! No auto tune no voice over no lip syncing ! Raw talent
Yeah , so? We cant sing without?
Well, excluding some of the good ones like Lewis Capaldi, Ed Sheeran, Alicia Keys, Adele you really don’t find many that can sing without help. I think Rihanna showed everyone that during the halftime the Super Bowl
@@okidoki3191 oh my bad I forgot Chris Stapleton we cannot forget that guy he’s amazing
Not to burst any bubbles because the true talent and gifts are very real but a bit of this may be live but a lot is not..especially in the vocals..amazingly there may be over twenty added vocal tracks to deeply enhance the vocal performance through production…just mixing them all together to make this magic happen..but the real skill is all there..If you listen to them perform this without backing tracks live it truly is not the same…just a beautiful production!
Sh, wrong !
Next level song. Legends.
These brothers are musical Legends!
These brothers have been singing together for their entire lives, that is how they sync so well.....
I'm a huge KiSS fan and yea I love the Bee Gees also. AWESOME
Great reaction. For no good reason, I love watching young people freak out at the talent of these three perfect voices. The harmonies are heaven. Barry Gibb defined falsetto. No one does it better. Kings of harmony. Kings of falsetto. Kings of disco. Kings of melody. Kings of song sensuality.
@LizzieRD I believe Barry was one of the best, but Frankie Valli sang falsetto as lead many years before Barry did. I've seen him live, and he can still sing like he did in the 50s and 60s. With that said, Barry and Frankie are both too darn good for me to say one's falsetto is better than the other's. One thing I find cool about these two is that Barry wrote the song Grease that Frankie Valli sang for the motion picture Grease, and Barry sang backup vocals.
Lots of hits!
Y'all have such a beautiful daughter!!! Don't know where you live at, but I would babysit that cutie-pie for free...she's adorable.
The Bee Gees have tons of songs. They wrote their own songs as well as songs for many, many other singers. They gave all proceeds from this song to UNICEF, in the millions! (And, I think this was the song they did in one take, which is pretty amazing too.)
These are 3 brothers, Barry is the oldest in the middle, from left to right, Robin, Barry & Maurice (pronounced Morris or he went by Mo). They are fraternal twins. Mo sadly passed in 2003, Robin passed in 2012.
They also had a younger brother, Andy, who passed when he was 30. Barry is still performing & has been married to his wife Linda for over 50 years. Quite incredible in the music industry. They took their families with them whenever they traveled.
They also started performing when they were very young. They are definitely one of the best singers of all time, especially the way they harmonize. Robin had a very distinctive singing voice. (I forgotten the term for it but it's a beautiful vibrato.) Mo, he could sing any & everything & play a multitude of instruments. Barry has one of the best falsetto voices around. In their early days he sang in his regular voice. None of them wrote music, only the song lyrics.

Woman in Love - written for Barbara Streisand (Barry wrote & produced all the songs on her Guilty album - 1980.
Islands in the Stream - written for Dolly Parton & she has a duet with Kenny Rogers singing it.
All the Love in the World & Heartbreaker - written for Dionne Warwick
ChainReaction - written for Diana Ross
Grease is the Word - written for Frankie Valli for the movie Grease
Immortality - written for Celine Dion, & they did backing vocals
I Will Be There - written for Tina Turner
Just to name a few of their songs, & there are hundreds, maybe thousands if we count all the songs they wrote for other singers too.
Others they wrote for are AL Green, Olivia Newton-John, Elton John, Tom Jones, The Gatlin Brothers, Eric Clapton, Michael Buble, Lulu, Janis Joplin, Destiny's Child, Michael Jackson, Elvis Pressley.
You cannot ever go wrong listening to the Bee Gees!! (IMO) My hubby, God rest his soul, was a huge fan so we listened to them for most of our 46 years together.
Actually, they did write the music as well...they just didn't read music. And as for the songwriting, over their five decade career, the Gibb brothers wrote over 1000 songs in several genres for themselves and,as you have already noted,a number of other artists. In fact, they were inducted into both the rock and roll and songwriters halls of fame.
# amazing vocalists gathered around one mic - without auto tune. only their talents.
Do more. All their songs are great. They are brothers. They are legends! Icons!
The three most beautiful male voices singing together. Wow
Personally, I love some of the Bee Gees' older songs like "Words", "Massachusetts", "I Started A Joke" and "Lonely Days, Lonely Nights".
THATS WHAT GREAT 70'S AND 80'S MUSIC SOUNDS LIKE.
❤❤❤
These brothers sound like one voice their harmonies are the best in the business
You gotta love the fact that they donated all the proceeds/profits from this song to different charities.
Yep, that's what you call talent when there's no autotune.
It gave me goosebumps
This was before auto tune. Pure Natural voices.
Best reaction guys
I've seen over 100 reactions to this song yours was by far the most enjoyable just seeing the joy in your eyes and on your faces and that beautiful child just chillin
Peace
The Bee Gees are so awesome. Check out Staying Alive it is another good one. The one in the middle is Barry Gibb. He has an amazing falsetto voice His twin brothers also have beautiful voices as well. Love your reactions!
They blend so well because they are all brothers. Bee Gees were a musical group made up of three brothers: Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb. The brothers formed the band in 1958, and were known for their tight harmonies and writing their own hits. Fantastic
voices.
Yeah now imagine being a young teenager and young adult during the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s when these guys came about! These guys r top tier musicians!
❤ The music of my generation.
Loved the reaction. The Bee Gees were fabulous. There are lots more of their songs.
Our guys certainly know how to write a rocking song..
They are singing in harmonic falsetto. I am amazed young people have never heard these songs. I am so old.
Love insade out by Bee Gees
The Bee Gees were a musical group formed in 1958 by brothers Barry (in the middle), Robin & Maurice Gibb (Twins). The trio were especially successful in popular music in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and later as prominent performers in the disco music era in the mid-to-late 1970s.
The group sang recognisable three-part tight harmonies: Robin's clear vibrato lead vocals were a hallmark of their earlier hits, while Barry's R&B falsetto became their signature sound during the mid-to-late 1970s and 1980s. The group wrote all their own original material, as well as writing and producing several major hits for other artists, and are regarded as one of the most important and influential acts in pop-music history!
They were never Funk, but R&B and Blue Eyed Soul.
Its called talent.
Barry’s voice melts black dudes like the ark of the covenant melts Nazis…
Disco was the BeeGees. Starting with the movie Grease and Saturday Night Fever !!!❤❤❤
im 63 and at 17 this song came out. god bless the bee gees thank you for your music
Bee Gees have been a group for decades before as kids. Had hits in England and Australia prior years. They really hit their stride during the disco era.
This is the best time in music history great music from a better time beutifull soulful heavenly smooth wonderful 😊
The Brothers Gibb ... The Bee Gee's, they have been doing it since they were 9...
Most important thing to know about the Bee Gees is that they are brothers...that talent is in their DNA
Love your reaction to hearing pure vocal honey. ❤
Bee Gees, Alone, is nearly as beautiful as this song.
Alone is my ABSOLUTE Favorite! Robin’s solo is fantastic.
Y'all have so so so many more BeeGees songs to listen to. You will love them all. And thats a promise! Enjoy y'alls journey 😘
So proud to have grown up in the 70s and 80s. They don't make them like this anymore. No auto-tune. Just pure, natural harmonies. Long live the Bee Gees!❤
Along with The Beatles, they were the most prolific and successful songwriters in the history of music! You could open a box of their songs and be there for a long time listening to them! 😎
I liked them better than the Beatles
They wrote and recorded over 300 songs....they wrote songs for other singers as well.
I was born in 1964 the last year of the Baby Boomers. I am 59 years old and the Bee Gees are my favorite group and Elvis is my favorite singer. I am glad I grew up in the 60's 70's and 80's. It was a golden age of music. The Bee gees were known for their Harmonies and their Falsettos. Barry Gibb could hold the Falsetto notes longer than his brothers, Please react to the Bee gees song Fanny be Tender With my Love.
I was born in 66 and I agree with you. I count my blessings I grew up in that era.
@@onionhead5780 - I was born in 1949. The 60's was the best decade for music.
We are the same age! I agree with you!! We had the best music! We grew up in the tail end of 60's, childhood and teens in the 70's and young adults clubbing in the 80's!! What a life!!!
@@Kathe255 - I was working full time in ICU in the 70's. No time for clubbing but did spend some of the 1960'a in London, UK. What a crazy time.
1965
You're witnessing legendary talent
Nobody can switch there Voices like the Bee Gees. I grow up with the best Group ever. ❤❤❤
I loved your reaction! Us older generations need the younger generations to keep this music alive. My second favorite BeeGees song is "Love so Right".
If you weren't from that era you have no idea what you missed. There was a lot of what I call "feel good" music. I miss those days.
Brothers=matching vibrato
Yo bro... Too much heaven is sitting to your right.. and also in your lap! Lucky guy.. great family!! Beautiful baby!! :) God bless your family!
I was fortunate to grow up in the 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's. You have so much music to explore, you can't even imagine.
A very deep catalog well worth exploring.
Pure raw and natural talent. These brothers were born to sing. . God give talent.
RIP Robin and Maurice, we love and miss you!🫶🫶
I’ve watched about 20 reaction videos of Too Much Heaven. It’s hilarious. Every single time jaws drop and the shock is so palatable that there’s virtually no comment. It’s the finest harmony you will likely ever hear. Live. No mixing. No tracks. Pure singing perfection with lyrics that strike our core as human beings.
Yes! This is my new hobby...finding reaction videos to this song. Always jaws dropped.
I must have seen about 50 so far. It is hilarious.
The Bee Gee's are legendary Hall of Fame Rock & Roll Royalty!!! Their Legacy speaks for itself, unfortunately today's youth have no idea!
Three brothers singing on Australian TV from a very young age. matured their craft to become this. This is real , no fake it up technology back then just " PURE " talent.. This is what I grew up with am I lucky or not.
The brothers Gibb were lead vocalist and oldest brother Barry Gibb with twins Robin on left and Maurice on the right. They began singing together as kids. By this time they could record a masterpiece like this on one microphone and achieve such perfection. Barry is the only one still living. He is still married to the lovely wife he was married to back then. They wrote most of the disco smash hits, including Islands in the Stream, Stayin' Alive, too many to list.
Barry and Linda will be married 54 years on September 1st.
Robin was often the lead vocalist in the 60's and began to do a lot of leads after "disco".
Oooh! New rabbit hole!! They have SO many hits, "To Love Somebody" is amazing!
I love to watch this generation listening to this amazing music that I grew up with.
Thank you guys. 👍
They were the voice's of disco.
I still get goosebumps every time I hear this song…so beautiful..😍
alone, nights on broadway, fanny, too much to go on.....crazy.....they started in 56 and I have everything from them....
In a league of their own! Thanks guys.
Great reaction! Thanks 😊
Jump down the rabbit hole...How Deep is your Love, Love you inside and out, Love so Right, More than a Woman, Fanny be tender with my love, Staying Alive, You should be dancing, Jive Talking...hundreds more. Brothers from the UK who lived for a time in Australia. 40 plus year career. A few songs to get you started. Great reaction, guys 😊
Bee Gees.....angels chorus. And Barry? The guy of the middle.....AMAZING. They are brothers..
