Great video! Found your channel from Downielive and had to check it out...so glad I did. We quit our jobs last year and sold everything to travel full time and vlog about it. After watching a few of your videos, I can really relate to your life choices and have travelled to some of the same places that you have last year. I've subscribed so that I can follow along on your adventures. Cheers from Montreal :)

First of all, thank you, Will for introducing us to a new resource to fol.ow - Mike Downie! Second, the hike up Squamish is magnificent, and recalls my hikes up it, along the gorgeous Sea to Sky Highway. It is inspiring to watch two healthy fit guys climbing it, but those less fit, can always drive up to Whistler-Blackcomb and take the gondola or chairlift up for a spectacular view, the area is every bit as impressive in summer as it is for the ski season. One of my favorite things to do in my 6 years in the PNW was to hike and enjoy a meal, sitting on the rocks - taking in the view or beside rushing waters. There are some beautiful fal.s in Squamish, and the heat of sweating - followed by a cool dip, is very good for the body. There is so much natural beauty in greater Vancouver (all of BC, really) that taking it all in is so invigorating, am makes you appreciate the beauty of our world. One resource I meant to mention earlier, Will, when you were referring to Tim Ferriss and making plans for your life and good fitness and diet, is Ben greenfield. He is from Northern Idaho, and has a site - bengreenfieldfitness.com that is wonderful, with lots of great tips for increasing health with biohacks and diet. He has podcasts and an email newsletter that I am sure you will like. You mentioned that you are Lebanese (I was raised in Detroit, where many Lebanese reside), and some neighbors behind is - the Saads - first introduced me to the joys of Lebanese food. The whole Detroit area has lots of Middle Eastern restaurants, and a few specialize in Lebanese food. So good. I assume Montreal has some that do as well. I continue to enjoy your video content, Will, and always nice to see Sherin in any video! I will check out some of Mike's videos, too.

Great video . . . but check the facts: Squamish is in the Coast Mountain range. The Cascades are the range running north-south on the east side of the Fraser River. In BC, the Fraser River is the dividing line.

Vancouver is good if you have money. If you come here to make money I don’t think u will have the time to enjoy the city. That’s the reality. With the Chinese culture around the place is like Hong Kong. There’s no difference.
