In the future, whenever possible, a trip to the U.K. to visit locations of the film A Clockwork Orange would be epic.

It took me about an hour to watch this 10 minute video, because I'm constantly freeze-framing it to study all of the details and differences! This is true of most of your postings - I just find them fascinating. You are not just comparing shooting locations from one period to another but also creating a valuable historical record of the areas you document. Thanks for another great presentation!

Great job capturing the mood of the 78 Kaufman version of Invasion, thanks for including the soundtrack snippet of the guy in the park which is actually Jerry Garcia singing and on banjo.

One of my favourites!....Ironically, relevant to what's happening now....0:39 The white & red house hasn't changed at all...amazing, they've kept it how it was using the same paint to freshen it up over the years. Hardly any where's changed there. 1:07 Even the copper pans are still on the wall!...6:12 Even the spot where Kevin McCarthy got taken out. Even the colour-schemes haven't changed for a lot of the places...it's perfect, and fantastic to see. How did you manage to get into all the properties to the interior-shots?. They could definitely do either a remake, or a continuation set in the same year the following week in those same spots...Maybe someone following Donald Sutherland's footsteps attempting to find out what happened to him etc...That would make a fortune at the box-office for aficionado's. 7:20 Look how small the trees were back in 78!. This has to be one of the most accurate...best locations Then & now to date...Really enjoyed that....

Bit of a neat unitentional artsy metaphysical scene at 9:04 or so where 1978 Donald Sutherland senses and then looks as 2020 masked girl has walked by.

Thank you SO much for this locations search. Love SF as many of my favourites were shot in the city and haven't visited since 2014.. I should make a Dunkirk location post as i grew up there. I would LOVE to see a *Copycat* locations video, there just isn't one on the platform. And I'm such a fan of this Jon Amiel thriller also set in San Francisco. Thank you again so much for this.. amazing how you lined every shot up just like the film. Grts

It is amazing how you found some of these places-especially the alleys, etc. which cannot be readily found online, not to mention some of the homes. I am surprised that that many people let you in their home to shoot pictures...very cool. I actually visited some of these places back in the summer of 2021-the year after you took these. At the Public Health Department, I was trying to find the elevator that had a little window in it (the one at the very end that Brooke Adams got into and you could see her face in the elevator as Donald Sutherland pressed the elevator button to go down), but that was sectioned off to employees only and I could not find it but knew it was in there. I got super uneasy and creepy vibes from San Fran and actually could not wait to leave the place; plus the homeless people there are very abrasive.

They're filming a truly horrifying sequel in San Francisco right now. It's called Invasion of the Social Justice Warriors.
