Here in the UK we have millions of people that claim a form of disability benefit/living allowance. The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions is proposing a reduction to the amount of money one can receive through these benefits, as a way of getting people back to work. I’m confident there’s more too it than that.
How does welfare/benefits work in the country you’re from? Do they even have them for people with mental health issues?

It could be a number of possible conditions, hard to say. Psychosis and hallucinations (audio or visual) are tough to deal with. It’s often a sign of intense stress in other areas of your life. I hope you can do what keeps you safe

Can u get this benefit with on going depression?
I have a job but not enough income so been thinking of applying with the overall benefits see if i get anything.
Been struggling to feed or pay bills. Never been so stressed in my life. Ive had incredible panic attacks...
With regards to self harm i try very hard not to because it would mean noticeable for my uniform. Ive been not coping at all. I don't even go out the house except for job.
Im very unhappy where i live and dont really have anything left where i am. Friends etc so thats why i have panic attacks. I tracked my heart rate and its on average 160 when i step out the house.
If money is taken away... am already suffering from this without benifits. Ive cried over food 😔 i really dont have anyone to talk to either , support really needs to be there for people.
I have been so thankful for my job but i feel with my mental health its hard to balance , i have been seeing things that aren't there sometimes too.

It’s hard to say without knowing your situation and finances. I applied for PIP three times and got nothing. I was accepted on UC as a way of topping up wages if I was short. Citizens Advice or any local money supporting service can help point you in the right direction
