I'm loving your series of videos. I left a job I absolutely loved, because it became toxic and hostile. I worked on a small team, directly under the founder, building prototypes. I loved my team. I liked the company (a few year old startup). The pay was decent. However, the founder was very toxic and dismissive of my input. Which had on numerous occasions proven to be foolish to not heed. I always give 110%, and realized this was not someone I wanted to give extra too. 6 months later, still interviewing. I did get an offer today, and waiting on another company to make a decision/offer. They asked to be informed if I have any offers or deadlines come up. I believe I need to ask the current offer source to further define the role, and let me know of a deadline.
