At the beginning of every episode of 'Strictly Come Dancing', the professional dancers do a 'showdance' straight after the opening credits. Did you know the professional dancers spend the whole of August learning EVERY SINGLE SHOWDANCE for the ENTIRE SERIES so that come September they can devote their time to teaching their new partners? Just imagine learning 20+ showdances off by heart. Absolutely mindblowing!!
I didn't and that explains why the poor man finishes a West End show and starts 5 days later. Bloody hell!!!! I am so glad I didn't pursue a career in dancing! Thank you for telling us. Suzi x

I think I used to live in 33 Adelaide Crescent too! Once in the basement and then on fhe second floor in the strangest conversion ever! I basically slept in a broom cupboard while my daughter had a lovely bedroom with a sea view! 1999 it was!
@@TheMichaela67 wow that sounds like the same flat! I’ll show you the pic of how it looked 2000 the broom cupboard sounds like the small square room I changed into a poor man’s walk in wardrobe!!! The bedroom was very narrow and long? I’ll show you next weeks vlog x
@@AlternativeAgeing yes! How funny!! I think it had very nice but dark wooden paneling around the bedroom. My landlord was maybe Persian or Arab with a name beginning with A. Kitchen was tiny and off the living room. I had a single mattress in that broom cupboard 🤣
You know what you want and need in your new flat. Always worth seeing lots, so you can be sure you haven't missed anything. But your instincts are spot on, it seems to me.

I used to live in Osborne Villas, Hove Actually. See if there are any garden flats for sale there. There are gardens to both sides of that street so many birds. You can’t see the sea but you can feel it and are steps away and to get anywhere in Brighton just walk along the seafront.

Suzi, you looked absolutely fabulous in that creamy dress plus brown boots outfit👌👌👌So effortlessly chic and young it made you! As for filming other people , strangers - I would avoid close range filming of theor faces but I think it's perfectly OK to film the crowds, the streets , the beach, the shops and other places where there is PEOPLE. That's life . We don't want to live in a world which will be forbidden to share with others , that would be madness. We should be grateful to all TH-camrs for sharing all the places we cannot be at - with us. Let's not get paranoid people, let's enjoy real life. 💝Thank you Suzi xxx

Oh, congratulations on the offer!!! Fingers and eyes crossed! I'm loving the apartment hunting. Today's apartment can't hold a candle to the other one. The other two, actually. The exterior of this building is lovely, and I too am a sucker for a Deco exterior, but you live on the inside.
I think you made the most of that Oh Pioneer skirt, but Oh Pioneer is not your vibe. Sometimes when we shop with a friend we are moved more by camaraderie than by our own taste. Your particular taste should never be denied.

Your aesthetic is beautifully developed -- gorgeous, edgy, playful, retro, yet classic in shape. You actually looked lovely and styled that skirt well, and I hope you feel it in sandals, but it has a different vibe from your own.

So glad you like the dress! The problem with a denim dress, be warned everyone, that if it's hot and muggy, which it was in London, it gets very hot but if it's cool, you need more than underwear underneath! I'll wear it more in the autumn/fall with short leggings and a petticoat! x

Ohh everyone needs a leopard print top, and orange belt! Love the blue top with the gorgeous collar! I’ve seen a lot of that color blue this summer! I love the nail color! If you can remember the name I would be so grateful. Blue nail polish is my favorite. Have you thought of getting some little birds? Finches are lovely companions and budgies are beautiful! I love the blue and the green ones. Just a thought. Than you could hear birds year round, on the top floor of any apartment. Great you got a good offer, totally agree about not being final until exchange. The other flat just had a nicer vibe. Couldn’t really get the layout of this one and felt very cold in spirit. The other block so much nicer, you need outside space to sit and walk around. This one felt too busy at the entrance.

Susie l feel you might want to get another little dog when you feel ready, so wouldn't a ground floor flat be better with a little bit of outside space?
I would love a garden flat but I have had bad experiences in converted flats that are on the ground floor, bad insulation so noise from upstairs in 2 different beautiful old buildings. That’s why I am only looking at top floor and purpose built flats. I would love a ground floor in my favourite block if only they had French windows leading to the great outside, but they don’t! But it is a dog friendly block so I am sure I will get to look after other people’s fur babies and have the freedom to travel too! xx
I do understand, l just thought you might be tempted. Great that you will still be able to enjoy the doggy friendly environment though, and be free to travel without any worries.❤
Hi I have been looking at the Stella purple coat! in the pictures it looks kind of padded and warm but from the sound it made when you took it off that didn't seem to be the case. I am interested in it to wear in Autumn /Winter working outdoors. Do you think it would be suitable for those temperatures?
The day I saw your message on my iphone is the day I went out to view 3 flats in the pouring rain, so I thought of you! It wouldn't be suitable for the winter, unless you get a large size and wear a winter jacket underneath. But it's certainly warm enough for Spring and Autumn. But for working outdoors as opposed to popping up to London I would go for something more practical. But it did keep the rain off me! Suzi x

The flat you showed us had very nice views but didn't click all your boxes. Some of those places with no tweet tweets I bet if you start putting out some flowering plants in the patio & bird seed or suet they'd start coming.

Duckies had proper duck food from a local shop that sells pet food, aren't they big. Yes, I see a lot of flats that I know aren't quite right because I love filming them for you and gives me a chance to meet more estate agents to look for me! I'll ring the agents for that perfect apartment tomorrow so will keep you posted. No John is still here putting those logos up for us! Here we do surveys after the agreed price and before the exchange of contracts. She's coming any moment now (Monday morning) so it's very quick! Cross fingers. X

Well not impressed with your flat guide and they should of checked it was clean, smelly fridge is not on. Still I love with the first flat. Lucky man and his dog . They will be very happy in the house. Loved the skirt and don’t wear yourself out looking at flats 🤗

Those suitcases were divine and ripe for the baggage handlers to ruin. Norway is the worst for recking luggage. I lost a wheel and a handle on a trip there. Brand new case to.

In a heart beat IF I was 25 years younger! And it would be Byron Bay because I have so many good friends there. But They won't let me live in Australia without handing over 250k to sit in a bank! And also I wouldn't get health care. So that's not an option. But spending 3-4 months over there (which I used to do) Is certainly an option I look forward to. Just need to pop over to NZ every 3 months!!! x
