hello, very good video, I have that Bosch GBH 18v 26d model, I bought it in December 2021, there are not so many videos of that rotary hammer according to your tests, it is excellent, compared to the dewalt 263, what do you think which one is better... I personally find the Bosch extraordinary, in addition to having a kickback... I think that is very good for the safety of those who use it... cordial greetings from Santiago de Chile....
Gracias desde Australia! In general, Creo que los dos marcas son muy similar, pero DeWalt tiene un poco mas poder, y Bosch es de calidad mas alta. En el final, los dos marcas son competetivos y es por ti qual prefieres.
My issue with the D handle is that it requires you to use both hands, and sometimes you need one to hold something else. But love bosch power tools, even though i'm not sure that they are the best. Would love other sugestions
Yes! That's the big problem there. I'm a rock climber and I don't recommend them for that reason. Working at height you often have only one hand. Basically the best all round shape is the drop motor, the square kinda shape (ie, bosch gbh 18v-26, Milwaukee m18ch, Makita DHR 242). Nice and comfy and balanced. Bosch has other smaller ones too, so if you're not drilling big holes you could try the 21mm
@@BoltahDownunder If you don't mind me asking - you seem to have several D-handle models despite being a climbing bolter - would you say the shape is more an inconvenience rather than a dealbreaker, then, or are you using the D-handle models for some else, like toprope anchor bolting? (I'm looking for a single model to do roughly 80% DIY/homeowner work, and maybe ~10% toprope anchor installation & ~10% sport climbing bolts - trying to decide whether an affordably priced D-handle like either of these is a good-enough choice.) Cheers!
I want advice from you, because I work in construction, and I want to buy a new drill, and I am confused between the Dewalt 133 and the BOCSH, Makita, Milwaukee, and Ryobi SDS 18X types.
What brand batteries do you have? Just get the SDS drill from them. The DCH133 is a 26mm capacity so if that's the size you want just get a 26mm drill from the brand you already have
@@BoltahDownunder Thank you very much for the response, but I do not have any type of battery, and this is the first time you have given me a battery drill. I have an electric drill, but there is no electricity in my country, haha. I just want to know which battery drill is better, because collecting money is difficult here, especially among workers. construction in yemen,😅😄✋
Ok well not knowing about your requirements, I can say that the DCH133 is a really good option generally. It's simple but powerful and full featured. Cheaper than the Bosch, Milwaukee, or Makita drills of the same size. If you usually drill smaller holes, like 12mm and below, the dch172 is a great option
Your channel really deserves more views.
Thanks mate! Glad you like it. Only been going a few months so not bad though 😃
In fact, I liked your style very much, and every time I listen to your voice on TH-cam I rejoice

Love D handles. Bosh created the rotary hammer. So they are always a step ahead.😁😁😁
Yeah she's a real nice unit. I've got a few Boschhammers and they're all nice too

What model is it?
GBH18v-26D
Dewalt just isn't on the same planet as Bosch quality and reliability wise.
