Running It's Grim Up North's Christmas Cracker Marathon - Day 2 on the Leeds Liverpool Canal

For my final marathon of 2023 I entered the IGUN Christmas Cracker. There was the option to run on the Saturday but obviously I chose the Sunday race because... parkrun!
This marathon was a test of my knee to see if my Runner's Knee is better. I treated it as a long slow run (LSR) with the addition of people at checkpoints feeding me cake! What's not to love?! Having a cold for one! I wasn't sure if I should run as I was feeling terrible but I figured that as long as I was sensible then I had nothing to lose.

I can't wait for my 5 marathons in 5 days next year. I have been really needing a goal to work towards and now I have one!
