I try to find a hidden spot in the room if I know I’ll be going to pool or beach. I also limit the amount of times I’ll ask for room cleaning. And you’re right Chris the culture is different in SE Asia. It’s the reason why I travel there and not South America, although I would love to visit South America one day but the amount of robbery, thievery I’ve heard about is astounding.

It aint too late to get some bitcoin, it really is looking like they will eventually make the change over to a digital system whether we like it or not. Nobody is calling to get back to a gold based system. 2. ACHR or JOBY- I could be wrong because I really dont trust Cathie Woods on anything who just a couple weeks ago bought a couple million shares of each, but it seems like its ready to take off as promised if they get final approval. I don’t need a laptop. I’m just going to roll with iPad mini. I’m not bringing any necklaces no watches nothing. You definitely have me thinking about traveling with just a backpack. I have a backpack from Brown Buffalo that I really like a lot. It will keep me a little bit more restricted in size compared to the backpack you have. But I really don’t see a problem with that. My initial plan was to roll with a 20 inch hard case roller bag. And the backpack which fits over the handle on the roller bag. But now since I saw your videos, I think I’m just going to roll with the backpack. And a Scott e vest. They make a Scotty vest that has removable sleeves that attached to the vest with magnets. It has a bazillion pockets and it will carry a small computer or even down to my iPad iPad mini. It will carry two phones. A sunglass case. AirPods, tons of stuff that will free up a room in my bag so the bag can be under 7 kg. I have a pair of shoes already that are just like the shoes you recommend but I cannot get by with just those. I have a bad back. I need a pair of solid walking shoes with my Good Feet insoles. I found some beach shoes on Amazon that are very minimalistic. They fit kinda like scuba shoes, but they’re textured on the bottom to protect your feet from shells or any other sharp objects. There’s also a pair of socks that have actual toes in them that are cut resistant some kind of real tough material for actually like walking, barefoot. I can’t go a long time walking barefoot because I need those arch supports. Sad to say. But hopefully I’ll be able to transition away from the arch supports a little more now that I’m retired. I always had them in my work boots. Your videos are a fountain of great information. Keep up the good work! Hopefully I’ll run into you either this winter or next winter. Somewhere in the world. If you look for a cross shoulder bag, look at a company called chrome and a bag called tinsel. They have a couple different sizes great bags very good quality!

Don't travel with valuables! I travel with a cell phone and an old Android tablet (in an old beat-up cover). I do backups to an SSD that I carry in my sling bag with my wallet and passport. I also use FB to back up my pics.😁

The main danger is in food. I wouldn't drink from open containers if traveling alone. It is better to buy something canned like Starbucks coffee. Or prepare yourself drinks at home and take them for a walk. Also, Apple has remote erasure function for a stolen device.
