Praneet 100 thumbs up. That was an excellent breakdown of the incinerator. The subtitles with the light blue background were perfect. Very very good sir. Thank you.

Thank you @thereissomecoolstuff , coming from you means a lot as I know the feedback is a genuine one. Once again you liked the captions in blue and white colour so that is great. Will keep coming up with such videos in future as well 😊👍

@@merchantnavydecoded I think you are doing a very good thing with your program. I want to continue to encourage you. You know how important it is to bring up the next generation and have them trained to a very high level. It's not getting any easier. The incinerator is the metaphor for that. 5 alarms and 3 temperatures to monitor to burn trash...you get it chief. A lot of serious fires are started there. You explained it and the temperature mins and Max's very well. Cheers Chief.

Sir this same sunflame incinerator here is on my ship..but problem is with waste oil tk. Evaporation is not good in waste oil tk and we have too much water mix with sludge..so how we can improve evaporation in waste oil tk...temp also not exceeding more than 115 ...please sir share your valuable comment..thankyou

I faced the same issue on my Ship as well.
Remove the vent of Waste oil tank and keep a blower there , for dissipating the steam coming from tank asap.
The vent pipe length is so big that evaporated water comes back again into the tank 😊.
Secondly clean the Waste Oil tank properly. The steam tubes will be of fin type and cleaning will take a long time , ensure that fins are properly clean.
You do this and you will see a CHAMATKAR happening . I struggled a lot initially myself with this issue.

Pressure jet type burner doesn't need air for atomization. The Purpose of the air going to pilot burner is for cooling the nozzle. This solenoid valves only opens once the ignition timing is finished.
