My personal take on crumbl. I think most of the cookies are just overly sweet and a problem that most locations have including mine is they underbake their cookies. At $5 a cookie I’m expecting really premium balanced tasting cookies but crumbl just offers a cheap tasting sugar bomb.
I'm more of an insomnia cookie person, exactly for that rotation reason. Insomnia has a standard line up, plus seasonal. The also just taste better. But I have to be in the mood for sweets so I usually never go to these places much.
Crumbl is one of those places that DEFINETLY depends on location. I have been to about 5 different locations, and some were amazing, and others were trash, I've even gone to different sites within the same week so they had the same flavors, and there were major differences in taste and quality. Also, some week's favors are way better than others. The one's you tried were decent, but no where close to their top flavors/rotation.

Insomnia > crumbl... under baking is fine but if you can't master a basic cookie recipe that stands above the toppings and frosting that go on it, it's not worth it. Crispy, crunchy edges with a beautiful soft break-apart center is where it's at. Crumbl is okay at best but for the price, it's something that you splurge on once in a while when you want a dense sugar bomb

For someone like myself who has enjoyed Crumbl cookies for the better part of 2 years there’s a love hate relationship with Crumbl, they’re cookies are very inconsistent in regards to quality control depending on location and regarding they’re actual flavor line ups per week. With that being said Crumbl does have some hidden gem flavors that are well worth 5$ a cookie.
I stopped buying Mrs. Fields Cookies about twenty years ago because her prices were ridiculous. Charging three to four dollars for one cookie is ridiculous. I don't care if there are quality ingredients used in them or not, it is still a cookie. Not a nice size slice of cake or pie. People, we can read. Find a basic cookie recipe and tweak it. Use your imagination and add ingredients that you like and create your own special cookies. Unless you like paying four dollars for a cookie and shipping cost to enjoy six cookies.
There are 2 Crumbl stores in my area. I think they're overrated and overpriced. Their milk chocolate cookie is the worst chocolate chip cookie that I've ever had. It's so bland. The only one I like is the blue mint.

Honestly before you make judgement try actually getting them from the actual bakery in person and then make judgment, because of course they aren’t going to be as good since you had them shipped.
Have you tried all the other brands like i said or did you just get passion bc i said its not as good as the other ones like 40075 times in the video? Other places ship two houses and they taste 1 million times better than this . And I don’t live near one, which is why I had to get it shipped. I love passion, but dont listen to one tenth of what i said to make a strawman lol

Those cookies are ok. I can make my own better and the majority of the cookies use cake mix in the recipes. That's what makes them thick and dense.
