Not that this doesn't fall to the bottom of the stack - I mean the mold in that place would probably require a rebuild... but how much are they asking and how far is the station? Hard to get to? The only semi good thing I could say would be they have the second toilet on the upper floor - buy yeah, that is a terrible design. I was also wondering if that back room was how it was because of flood damage - if the rains and being on the hill caused that (and that could explain why the kitchen was on the second floor and the bad condition of the street) then it is a run away as fast as possible! That location would be a future disaster site. Which does bring me back to what could they possibly ask for for that location - even just the property would be a reason to avoid it completely. Free would be too expensive
You always have good analogies. It is 25 minutes to HigashiUrawa station and 9.8 million. Too far and too expensive. Just aint worth it. Just goes to show what happens if you have the wrong person in a house. :(
This feels like it was on the way to a hoarder house situation or something. The upstairs kitchen is weird, but I know some folks like that. Definitely needs a gutting to make sure there isn't structural damage and also redoing all those fucked up walls and floors. Wanting that much when the station is that far is wild. Are the other houses in that area going for that or something? Needs to come down by half on the price IMO.
Yeah, it's overpriced comparatively...I mean it's still your own house and if sold in Canada it would be sold in 3 seconds. I wouldn't even buy it for half RIGHT NOW as there are better options...or would I? :D
@@KickAssets Yeah I get that, it's rough, but at least the layout (if you don't mind upstairs kitchen) isn't as weird as that one where you could barely squeeze into the watercloset :D
It wasn't just a cat, it was the whole circus living in there. Could this the Japanese equivalent of a crack house? imagine what would show up with a UV light.
How much was this property? 100 en?
Plus tax, 110 en.
Do you come across many akiya's like this? And what was the asking price? Very well presented. Well done!😊
9.9 million. I come across all different kinds of homes.
@KickAssets Wow!! It seems really expensive....
@@keramanbub8799 It is. You are just paying for the land.
@@KickAssetsye my akiya in yamaguchi-ken is actually pretty nice and was only 1.8 mil. But yea nobody wnts to live in yamaguchi lol.
@@Direwoof Anywhere in Japan is a good place to live because it's affordable. Living in a Western ponzi scheme country is hell.

@@jamesbarantor7094 I agree! That one was the worst by far!

Not as bad as a crack house, but close. I've seen really bad crack houses in Vancouver. Just horrendous.
A HARD PASS TOO MUCH DAMAGE.
100%
No animal did any of that to the house! A pack of unstable humans destroyed the place..... RUN my friend and don't look back !!!!!!!
I ran! It was probably an animal. I had one tenant with a dog one time that did some major damage. Wrong tenant with a pet can be bad news. :(
damn...this might be the worse house you have shown. Most likely is a full gut.
Close, but thought #2 was worse. At least this one has some size and potential if you are willing to invest into it..but yeah pretty shit.
