- On the remote West Coast of Auckland, I try to create a piece of art which can only be viewed from the cliffs above. Watch to see if I can pull it off or not.
Filmed on location at Mercer Bay. Access to the beach is beyond dangerous and only the very fit should attempt to scale the jagged cliffs to the beach below. Rock climbing, good balance and no fear of heights will be an essential for anyone crazy enough to visit Mercer Bay.

I started watching the LEAW videos they did the whole trip from Alaska to Argentina and were heading back when the lock-downs started... But after landing back in Italy they made some really enjoyable videos of fixing up a van and traveling around Italy as well... Seriously they make everything look fun!! YOU should do it though, would be nice if you found a suitable partner to do the trip with you... someone tough and adventurous would be great!! Anyways Terrific video! You nailed it as always. Glad the drone survived the birds! That would be scary to drop it from that altitude ... So happy to see you using your creative mind to spread the JOY!! :)
Thanks for telling me about LEAW, I’ll subscribe to their channel and check out what they did. I would love to travel from south to north in the Americas and then possibly over to Russia from Alaska, down through Asia / Russia and ending at the southern tip of Africa. Is that even possible? I’m tempted!
Usually the drone has insects attacking at it but it’s rare for birds to get close. They were territorial, possibly had young hatchlings close by? Thanks for watching!! I always enjoy seeing what you think about my videos 😃! ✌️✌️✌️

I've only made sand castles as a kid, nothing as epoch as a giant peace sign. I vote YES on the Argentina to Alaksa trip!
I had only made sand castles, rock cairns and pyramids but never the giant artwork! Next time I want to do something more complex than this - good start though trying something basic :) Join me from Argentina to Alaska!

I am trying to stay optimistic about the whole situation going on but it does seem to be worsening doesn’t it? These new strains are a worry. Where abouts in Aussie are you living? My friend in Melbourne has been struggling with the continuous lockdowns and she could be considering the big move back to NZ. Being here is like a safe haven, with no community cases, so I will keep on tiki-touring the north island and making videos when I can. Arghh, my accent is the worst 😅 - I should mix up my videos every now and then with an American accent so everyone can understand me! Stay safe, keep in touch!

Bro I just climbed the cliffs today over 30”m sheer ascent/descent with close no no grip.. How the hell did you climb the cliffs with a rake?!?!!?! I fell so many metres and got messed up and I do tonnes of walks lololol
