- My plan to showcase the traditional dish "Enchiladas Mineras" was ruined when the restaurant I went to didn't have that as an option on their menu. So instead I accidentally overindulged by drinking too much. My plan to find another restaurant went out the window once I began drinking.
The next day I stayed in a Mexican castle. I have a look around the grounds and what you could expect if you decide to stay there.

Gorgeous Castle, what an awesome place to stay. That staircase would not pass an occupational health and safety inspection, if you drank to much tequila be a death trap. The TV in the room was so old school lol. So many places to go in the world, roll on travel again👍

Hey!! Thanks for the comment! I thought I’d try an old 8mm green screen effect over the drone shots to add a bit of difference / old film feel. Vegetarian buddies 😃!! In Mexico it is becoming more common to find vegetarian and vegan restaurants these days, especially in the larger centres like Mexico City or Monterrey. Eat first before having the bandera drink, they were lethal on an empty stomach 😅! Happy Easter amigos.

@@FinnDelMundoTravel Yeah Finn I'll be here in Mexico 🇲🇽 for a total of 6 months. I'm here in CANCUN till Sunday. On Sunday I'll travel down to Playa Del Carmen (a happening place I hear) for 5 weeks. After that, I have no idea 💡 really but it'll all be there in Mexico. Are you just gonna stay in Puerto Escondido for your whole 6 months or are you gonna visit other places in Mexico? I'll be on that side of Mexico sometime around the end of August or early September but ain't sure yet as I gave up being a meticulous boring written in stone planner. Had been doing that my whole life and got fed up with it. Now I'm like carefree to a degree.
