    Onion - 2 medium size
    Tomatoes - 4 medium size
    Ginger, Garlic paste - 1tbsp
    Whole spices - tezpat, clove, black pepper, cinnamon, cumin seeds
    Ghee/ Oil - half cup
    Masala spices - red chili powder, kashmiri Lal mirch, dhania powder, haldi powder, kuti Lal mirch
    Namak - to taste
    Green mirch - for garnish
    Lemon - for garnish
