If you have to wear side plates, this is the vest to have. I wore one last year on deployment and it is the best option for running soft armor and side plates.

I have this vest, it makes wearing the vest with side sapis way more comfortable than issued plate carriers. The only thing I have against it is the exterior cummerbund that holds the SAPI plates keeps shifting downward causing the plate carrier to be loose and uncomfortable while running. I feel like if they added velcro or something that would secure the cummerbund to the front it could be better. I have the small shoulder pads and small cummerbund and the carrier is adjusted to the smallest/tightest it’ll go, but I can’t get it tight enough to my body.

Does anyone know if this product along with its ballistic protections, neck, shoulder and groin protection, are available for civilian use or just the plate holder?

We sell the nylon on our website. We do not sell the armor through our website.
