I second that!! But man, for a design that's over a decade, she ages well, sheesh!! Just imagine a tweak here and there like an updated infotainment system and shifter and not a turn knob oh add a flat bottom steering wheel 👀👀👀
I have a 21 V6 and they got the 8 Speed Shifting precise as well. Shifts quick and really clean too. That thing definitely has the car feeling stronger than what its probably rated at.
Because they have never changed the design other than small details, even cars that have sold better have gone through complete transformations. And it's not like a piece of art that you should not be touching the design aspects when reality when it first came out it was heavenly inspired on a Roll Royce vehicle. Pure laziness from Chrysler
We had a 2012 V6 Chrysler 300. We bought it fairly cheap with 57K miles on it. It worked perfectly for years and we maintained it very well. One day on the highway, the engine started smoking. Pulled to the side, the engine was gone at 144K miles. Sold it to a mechanic for $2K and he fixed it for himself with about $2,500 and he is still driving it to this day.
This is STILL one of the best lookin’ sedans on the road. From here to Timbucktoo m, Germany snd everything in between. The style of this 300 stands alone. It has such unique, chiseled design language. And then add the 6.4L. Really makes me want to make a horrible financial decision..
I loved your passionate review Joe! I would love to get this exact model, it still looks fantastic today! At the end of the day, it deeply saddens me to see all these terrific muscle cars get killed off because of politics.
If I were in the market this would be my car. I wouldn't even look at anything else. There's just something about it that I love. I guess it's everything! Clean. Heavy. Sleek. Strong looking unit. And then there's the 6.4.
I have the Velvet Red version of the vehicle and absolutely love it and would take this over the Charger Scat Pack I previously owned even though yes, the top end on the Scat is a bit more, but this screams luxury and performance and as you said is wolf in sheep's clothing, a pure sleeper but those in the know, know, what it is. Great review Sir, thank you for actually doing the vehicle justice.
Nice goin' Navy! Army vet here. I know exactly what you mean. I've got one in white and love this car. I am really enjoying the "sleeper" appearance. It's great for a lot of laughs. Enjoy, man!
The 300 is put together right. Not one rattle even over rough pavement. My 2020 Limited has a real leather interior with heated and ventilated seats. A tight fitting superior sedan at half the cost of a BMW or MBZ. I've driven em all. The 300 is the absolute best sedan out there. Great review Joe.
I guess they never did a Hellcat version, because they didn't want to interrupt the clean line of the hood for the air intake/heat extractors, though I think the big grille opening would've been fine for air intake (depends on how you run the intake hoses). No matter--can't afford one with all those markups, anyway. But great way to send it off.
Joe, the Chrysler 300 Srt8's came in a 6.1 and 2012 6.4 Hemi. I have a 2012 black Chrysler 300 SRT8 with the 6.4. I really like my 300, its a sleeper. Some people thinks its a regular 300 until they see the 275 40 ZR20 tires. And when they hear that HEMI with longtubes and high fliw cats with a HP tune and the Borla Atak on the rear. They know its a Beast. Luxury sporty and fast. The best of both worlds. Great video, you made me want one and I have on.😅😅😅😅😅😅
I got the 2023 300C in white! I had a 1966 Chrysler 300 and fell in love with them they are my favorite car of all time and the 300C is the rarest car I have ever had next to my Built to Serve RAM 1500 Big Horn.
I have watched a TON of your videos. For years now i have seen you drive everything from a Mazda to a Tesla. I have NEVER seen you more excited in a car than you were going on throttle in this 300. I am sold on your reaction alone!!
I love this car I’ve pretty much loved it from the beginning but only the C model Great video as usual again here Joe Thank you for everything you do for us you are greatly appreciated here man
I recently got rear-ended and got a 2022 Chrysler 300. I've definitely been sleeping on these 300s for real because I never thought I would love a car this much now!
Salute 🫡 to Chrysler for releasing this last edition 👏..the better half of the Dodge Charger but with smoothness..thanks Joe and Lori for this exciting segment 😀
OMG Chrysler finally did it and added the 6.4L V8 to the 300C! It being the last I would definitely choose this car no hesitation. Great video Raiti and to your crew!
Great review! Wish I had one. Have a 2015 300C with 3.6. Love my car, runs great, consistent 33 mpg highway and very reliable. The 6.4 would certainly be fun to drive though.
I was at the right place at the right time today. Walked into a dealership and saw a red 300C in the showroom. As I got closer I saw the SOLD sign in the window. A salesman asked if he could help and I said no, the 300C is sold. He then pointed to another one in the showroom. He said the guy who put a deposit down months ago got tired of waiting and got his deposit back a couple days ago, just before his car arrived. I immediately put down a deposit and will pick it up in a couple weeks. I retired from my PD a couple months ago. I am now back as a Supernumerary Officer. My badge number is 300!
I want one so bad. Wish they would keep it a lil longer so I can get one. And to Joe: whenever I want a review on any car, I just look for yours. I even tell my friends that. Nice reviews while keeping it cool. 💯
Part of me really wants to grab one of these but I have not even hit 50k KM (31k Miles) on my 2016 SRT 392 Charger, which has some better upgrades over this. Sad to see this platform go away. I've owned 4 Chargers since 2007; one R/T and three SRTs. It was a good run.....
It's looking like the Chrysler brand is about to go the way of Plymouth, Olds, Pontiac, and Mercury. All those brands became more and more product-starved just before they were killed off. But this 300C is a hella send-off! Complete with that Mopar Hemi sound. Two songs I would pick from whatever streaming service for the sound system would be, appropriately, "End Of The Line" by The Traveling Wilburys (RIP, Roy, George, and Tom!), and "Back In Black" by AC/DC, because black is one of the baddest colors for a car like this! And the 300C was brought back, for one last hurrah.
Thx for the Farewell review of a Classic. still lovin my 2014 300C JV limited edition 5.7 awd . Sad this is the last of the 300C. FYI: 2012-2014 300 SRT8 HAD THE SAME 6.4 L ..
I love the new Chrysler 300C! Amazing sedan. Surprisingly they never made a Hellcat 300, most likely never bc it’s the final year. But anyway, Chrysler has outdone themselves with the new 300C, seems like fun to drive! Mopar or no car!
@@RaitisRides Me too! And it just needs some improvements including an aluminum dead pedal, six-piston brakes, 305s on all four corners, whatever’s needed for that
I don’t know why they didn’t put carbon fiber up where the infor. Screen dash is. In my opinion that would have gave the center dash from the top to Bottom more of a pop. Also don’t know why they only made a limited amount of the car.
I have never had any serious want for anything put out by Chrysler/Fiat/Stelantis/Whatever they will be called next year...but GOOD LORD do I want one of these things!
Considering this is the last year and limited version, woukd have been nice to see some exterior and interior updates to make it stand out. Simialr to the last Kia Stinger...
Is it all wheel drive? Or why the small 245 tire on the back 245s on a 2008 mustang I use to have just destroy does 245 had no grip at all so why 245s on this 6.4
Joe standing that close to a Florida body of water scares me lol fantastic car, great sleeper car to smoke those who are unaware what this car is packing.
Special , special car. This at $56k or a Scat with an interior as nice as this? Would be $70k. Give me this all day long over thanksgiving Scat. What a car
I agree. We just traded in a 2023 Grand Cherokee L Limited with the shift knob. I was always checking to make sure the thing was in park before taking the foot off the brake.
i traded my 2022 SRT durango that i was leasing to buy mine. i have a bright white that i blacked out... tinted windows, head and tailights covered, side marker lights all blacked out. named him casper not so friendly. we don't play well with others. i do plan to get better tires when i'm finished shredding these. raiti was easy on them.. 2nd gear burn outs smoke them!
Love the 300 I have a 2017 300s metallic gray / blue black with ivory seats fully loaded & v6 still get comfortable on it today when she’s all shiny. Too bad $ are where their at and a.p.r. Thanks to Biden I’d love to have one of these as my last purchase
Absolutely beautiful car! The only thing that I don’t understand is why Dodge decided to cap the speedometer at the 5.7’s 160mph when the rest of the 6.4 family goes up to 180.
Chrysler definitely should’ve did a hellcat version of this car too
I totally agree with you
@@RaitisRides i second that comment
Well said..
I second that!! But man, for a design that's over a decade, she ages well, sheesh!! Just imagine a tweak here and there like an updated infotainment system and shifter and not a turn knob oh add a flat bottom steering wheel 👀👀👀
U could build it up like them scats hellcat on a budget.
Definitely cooler than any Charger imo
I’m so glad that you think so!
Still got my 2013 srt8 still love driving it here and there
"MPG's, if you care about that, next week we will have a Prius for you!" - 😂😂😂😂 Classic Joe! 👍

Nothing wrong with this car very well sorted and looks to put the power to the ground well for a heavy rwd v8. Good job.

Its amazing. This the caddy CT6 and the Lincoln continental. Just when they get it right, they discontinued them...SMFH!!!
What a great car my daily driver is a 2022 Chrysler 300 S5.7 hemi it’s a beast👍🇺🇸🥃

Joe is a car guy to his core. You can see/feel the emotion, when he talks about the demise of the legendary naturally aspirated American V8.
