Thank U for a great presentation. I am an 82-year-old guy struggling with many simple things on my computer. I have several Gmail questions, one the sent tab is not showing to be able to review how the composed mail appeared. Also, I do not use "Outlook", whenever I click to attach to my Gmail all I get is "Outlook" as a choice. I mean right clicking from a document to a Gmail. I would appreciate how to resolve those items. Thank you.
You cannot attach a file through software to web based email such as Gmail. Instead locate the file, usually in Documents or Pictures and drag it into the gmail you are Composing. Try going to the bottom of the left column where it states inbox and clicking more. If you still cannot get to your sent folder this in:sent in the search box will get you there
Thank you for this video, I will write the instructions in my notebook; could you please do a video on how to get downloaded photos that can be attached for an online newspaper. as they require a headshot. I cannot get it out of the pdf.

I am a senior in Canada and know how to rec and send emails and normally dont have any issues attaching a file and sending it. However today i have tried to do this but the attachment seems to load up the file but then a popup comes up on the bottom left hand side of the screen and it shows the file but I cant access the file either there or on the attachment just to make sure it is there and today it is not. Cant figure it out. Have exited email and then on again and still cant send a jpg or doc Any ideas please help

I've run across something similar when trying to upload files for a website I'm designing for an automated income website client. Open the files in explore first, close it, then click the upload feature. It seems too help with the load and refresh speed.
