The girl keeps on saying that the crust is thin when in Italy where real traditional pizza is made it is supposed to be thin. In America, everything is just bigger. I'm not from any of those countries but I have watched more than enough Italians make pizza and Americans making pizza.
And? No one said these were supposed to be "authentic Italian" pizzas. I prefer thick crusts on my pizza too.
@@englishatheart It comes down to personal preferences but if they are judging pizzas then personal preferences should not be counted. Judging with the addition of personal opinions/preferences is biased lol. You like thick crusts and that's okay. But, if you were gonna judge pizzas in a competition you gotta know what a good pizza is supposed to be. The crust should be thin or at least the right size.
This is just my personal opinion, but I think that you guys should do the same thing for celebrity American Chop Suey and do a battle that way.
Honestly lets just thank these guys for actually having judges that critic positively....unlike some other ones in the past !
The white pizza probably not healthy, but from the ingridients, they seem to taste fresh and zesty. But i prefer the neopolitana one more
This is why I want them to go back to celebrity *CHEF* recipes: the first three recipes were sad excuses for a “pizza”. Go back to the *real* chefs please!

It is fair because in thier recipes they do not use pizza crust from scratch so it would disrespect thier recipes

I feel like if you go to MOST pizza shops in NY the crust is gonna be relatively thin, I’ve never seen a ny slice of pizza that looked even remotely like Gordon’s, and I’ve lived here all my life. I enjoyed the girls enthusiasm but she might’ve been cappin a lil, but eh different strokes for different folks, great content!

Only issue I have with the white pizza... why only two eggs? That doesn't seem like a good ratio to the size of the pizza. It makes me wonder why anyone would bother putting them there in the first place. I'm not even sure all the judges got the full experience of that pizza when compared to the others (although the capers seemed lacking as well) just seems weird to half bake (pardon the pun?) A pizza recipe like that.
