My issue with each is how high a temp they cooked at and for how short a time. Snoop's cook is the simplest if you don't have a grill; Martha's gives you the best marinating time, but Al's flavours look the best. The sauce probably killed Martha's chances, as it would probably have been higher if it were a more traditional BBQ sauce.
I tried Al’s ribs and they were amazing!! Literally fall off the bone. The sauce was really good too. I was worried it might be too sweet but it was honestly just right. The only thing I did differently was mince some garlic and onions, cook them down and added them to the sauce to increase the flavor. I also seasoned the ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper just to give it a little extra flavor. Everything else I left the same. I’ll definitely be making my ribs with ginger ale from now on!
I was with it until the all the tomato. Apple and pork play well. I think if you eliminated the tomato paste and replaced the can of chopped tomatoes with ketchup it might work. But, man that is apple marinara sauce as it was.
Can't wait to try Al Roker's recipe. Forecast: Note that water above 212F is called steam. The fluid covering the ribs gradually boils off exposing more of the rib surface to the 300F temperature while the fluid at the bottom of the pan rises in temperature as it mixes with oils from the ribs.
Considering that Martha's recipe required at least twice as much time and effort to prepare, the fact that everyone rated it last makes it an epic fail!
@@csl9495 marinara sauce with rib meat sounds terrible. I made these ribs out of curiosity and I can say with 100% certainty they were delicious. I did, however halve the portions for the tomatoes, and it definitely helped bring out the flavors of the other ingredients. Only complaint is the apple juice. There's already enough sugar without it and sugary tomato sauce sounds gross, but the most it does is overpower the seasonings a bit which is fine.

Hello everyone in my channel that offers very delicious Algerian and Arabic recipes translated into English
Martas rub, Als sauce, and Snoops cook would be the best!
some of the rubs in the video i feel like eating by themselves, martas rub is one of them lol
her sauce could have been ok if you skip the extra tomatos
Bro Als cook literally was fall off the bone. She tried turning them hoes and a bone flew off 🤣
Bro whatever drug Martha is using while making the rib recipe, I need 1 kilo of that.

If they were amazing why’d you have to season it? 😭
Haven't tried his recipe but I agree, looks like it would need more of a rub to begin with
Martha's sauce started great with the onions and garlic but when the apples and tomato came that was the end of all the good things

I just love it when she says "fallin off the bone". 😩
Wonder how many times she said that to the snoop Dog .?

right when I saw the ginger ale I KNEW al was going to win
Lmao I really believe Martha was trolling. No way that's her real BBQ sauce!

I tried Snoops yesterday. It's needed more salt and spices in the dry brine and the sauce

You can make ribs whilst you're still in Nigeria, and because the beef is organic but affordable, you'll probably enjoy them more
My ketchup phobia ruins this for me. I like to pretend bbq sauce doesn’t have any in it. Therefore, Martha wins by mild!!!!!
Al is smiling as he watches this :-)
I'm watching this at 10pm, I didn't eat dinner I was lazy, now it's torture
Snoop is always the best, love to see it
Is anyone about the more vinegar based sauce
For pulled pork yes, but I think ribs need some thick stuff to hold on to them in the smoker.
I get it
I like a vinegar base basting sauce and then maybe topping it off with a thick sauce 😋
well...looks like my next ribs are gonna be Al Roker's....this weekend , we dine like America's weatherman!
Wow to put Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg in that challenge considering that they are close friends in real life!
