Well sodium would be dangerous to eat, because salt is NaCi which is made up of chlorine and sodium, but the way the elements bond they don’t react much like sodium so of you ate sodium you wouldn’t have a good experience and it would be easy to tell the difference.

For the second one your pallet should be trained and developed.
The guy in the Nike shirt did a great job being a judge. The other two were snobbish and missed the point.
Nike guy's final thoughts was the most informed out of all of them despite seeming like he just likes everything like everyone keeps saying.
Because they didn't like food it's snobbish? The guy in the Nike shirt literally like everything. Also, you don't know how developed their palates (pallet is something totally different while you're trying to pretend *you* know what you're talking about) are. A food judge doesn't just like everything they eat.
Storm Bey the girl was extremely snobbish, she would just look at a dish and make a stank face. And notice her and the guy in the grey shirt didn’t really like nachos cos they didn’t meet their “idea” of what nachos are. When you’re a judge you need to keep an open mind.

I agree i feel like if you're going to judge "different" recipes, you should come expecting different. Open mind, open palette. These picky food snobs just ruin it. I can't imagine a one of those "tasted" bad. I can see complaining about mushrooms if its in something unfitting like a desert or something odd like that, but nachos are savory, spicy; there is no reason that they couldn't find 3 people to actually critique the food. The girl in the video was so 🙄 when she says -These are the most traditional- I mean, I’m Mexican if you want some traditional nachos then you need corn chips, refried beans, pickled jalapeños, queso fresco and/or cotija and sour cream that’s it! All the other stuff you add on is just ridiculous. I liked Rachel’s recipe but Snoop Dog were actually not that far away of what Mexican nachos would look like. No pretense just few good quality ingredients. It’s supposed to be a snack not a full meal.

You know what? I'm starting to think they do that on purpose. They have plenty of videos with this phenomenon. While it may be due to their entitlement (which I think many of buzzfeed's members are), I do think they like to put people like these in their videos. Annoying know-it-all, whiny, entitled people cause more of a reaction on viewers than someone who's just complimenting every food. Thus prompting viewers to comment more and then having a more popular video. Hope this makes sense

I think it needs more constructive criticism. Being too picky without giving good advice is annoying, but having no advice doesn’t tell us the faults of the dish and why they chose what they did. There’s no point of having someone taste this if they don’t like nachos either.
