Thanks Bro. I've seen a few different tint vids, an took my cars to places where they never took the window trim off and did these important steps your showing. And with an 07 Jetta I got done, the front window started to bi d after rolling it down in a month and the tint ripped. That's because they did a quick job an just tucked the tint under the gaskets in windows. This is professional way and right way to tint. I have a 2012bVW Jetta coming next week, an I'm tinting it myself. Thanks for the lessons!! You guys do great work!!
How do you avoid dirt from cloth seals? I always get some specs that I always have to work out at the end, and its time consuming! Great channel, the Mini front "how to" helped alot when I did a customers car, cheers from Sweden!!

i always use 1 inch tape and tape off the felt.
Green painter tape. Not the cheap blue crap.

I was thinking of buying pre cut tint on ebay for this car. do you think I’ll need to shrink it for the rear glass? or should it be good to apply it
You should buy it from windowtintsupplies.com and yes you will need to shrink the rear window with precut material.
Is the 2006 a similar install? Is it hard to take out the rear deck? These things are always so damn tight

Baby Shampoo. when is cold out i use about 1Tbs when its hot or using tint with tacky adhesive 2Tbs or more
