I went to Surat and tried delicious street food in this food capital of Gujarat. In this video, I tried local Surti favourite snacks which are traditional as well as popular and also some unique dishes on Mumbai Surat Mumbai Highway, that is NH48. In this food journey of lipsmacking food I absolutely enjoyed Jalebi Fafda, Doodh Puff, Batata Vada and so much more. I am not an avid lover of fafda jalebi but wanted to try this one as strongly recommended by Jigar and also it is a traditional Gujarati dish. I like Desi ghee Jalebis 😋 more than the fafda.

Loved the vlog. Phapda, Jalebi, Sweets, khamand etc. It's the best in Gujrat. As you said, you can explore at Baroda, Rajkot & Ahmedabad too. On a lighter note, I wondered how you could digest items made out of Chana dal flour. 😅 . At the most I would try only one item at a time. 😊
